The collection’s named after one of Dolce & Gabbana’s muses, the Italian actress and fashion model Monica Bellucci.
Um…I’ll have whatever she’s having, LOL!

Wear time comes in around 4-5 hours for me. Pretty typical for lipsticks that aren’t billed as long-wearing.
How they look and feel, though? — in those ways, I think they’re anything but typical. We’re talking crazy creamy and packed with pigment. Pigment to spare.
As far as how they smell and taste, they have that almost rosy, traditional lipsticky flavor and scent, but it’s very faint.
I’m crushing on ’em hard…

Oh my. All of these colors are super wearable to me – there’s a color for every occasion! Too bad we don’t get D&G in Canada.

Monica is on my list of “women I’d gladly switch teams for” so I’ll definitely be picking up at least one of these shades. It’ll be a hard choice as they all look fantastic!
I feel like Attractive Monica might actually work for me. It looks pretty cool toned for a red which is usually too bright or orange on my pale skin. I have yet to try any D&G makeup but I’ve been dying to try the foundation. I may have to add a lippy to that purchase now.
Magnetic Monica and Chic Monica are both gorgeous! As gorgeous as the lady they are named after. She’s hawt, in a very Nigella Lawson sort of way!

When I saw the photo of the lipsticks I was really attracted by Chic Monica and Attractive Monica, but in the swatches they both seem darker than in the tubes 🙁 However I love Italian Monica, so gorgeous!
I also find it funny that the ad pic on your post is a spanish ad! lol Idk why but it made me feel excited (I never see posts or pics about spanish brands or ads in US blogs hehehehe)
Very intense colours, I don’t know if I’ll purchase yet because I have so many lipsticks and I must save up money for the gorgeous Fall collections too. But Monica Lipsticks are great.

Why does Chic Monica look so different in the cover picture and the one below? I hope the one in the cover picture is the more ‘true’ color coz it looks gorgeous on you.
I generally liked all the colors on you. The bright red one though not so much, it just isn’t you in my opinion. However if five out of the six look good that is not too bad.

They are all amazing colors but the Natural Monica is like the magic lipstick! When I first saw it I thought okay anothe neutral pink. It blew my mind. It looks good on almost anything with a pulse. Im super light and it doesnt wash me out or turn too blue. The Only Monica is much sheerer so I wear that when I want more of a stained look. If it would give me her curves I would eat them all lol!
