YES! I think the contrast of a bright lip against fair skin looks amazing. It might be shocking at first if you’re not used to it, but I think it looks super cool, especially with thick cat eye liner.
I have very fair skin, and I’m wearing it as I type this. I think it looks great!

I love that colour, I wish the texture was slightly less dry though!
I didn’t have too much trubs with the dryness. Have you tried prepping your lips first with balm? The new Mineralize ones are GREAT!
I sometimes have the same issues, to which mineralize balms are you referring?
