That purple looks more black in the swatches.
I love the middle shade and I bet the almost-black tone of the purple makes all the difference in having a more unique smoky eye.
I’m interested in both this and the warm face palette, have you tried that, Karen? It seems it’s not that good (I’ve read that the blusher and some of the shadows are not highly pigmented and the texture is somewhat dry) but these swatches are pretty good so… Maybe it’s just the face palette? 🙁
The swatches are gorgeous but somehow I am put off by the packaging because Mac recycled it from last years collection =/

The colors are pretty I liked the darker ones a lott. MAC is coming up with really great stuff!! 🙂
