Meow-za! I’ve been having a good ol’ time today with these three new Liquid Shimmer Eyeliners from Jouer — bronzy brown Leopard, glittering gunmetal gray Panther and golden khaki Lynx.
Of course, you can’t go wrong in my book with big cat names, but that’s not the only reason I like ’em. I also think they’re really easy to apply, as far as liquid liners go.
The flexible brush draws nice, thin lines, so I can make my cat eye liner as narrow, or as husky, as I want (Tabs always votes for the latter. “Go husky, woman! Go husky!”), and the formula doesn’t stray or wander into the cracks and crevices on my lids (also known as my fine lines).
I can also wear this all day without having to worry about the liner fading or smearing, which is a huge plus when you work 14-16 hour shifts as a professional pet assistant. 🙂
Oh! I almost forgot to tell you about the shiny finish. I think Tabs likes it, because when I wore it today and he looked at me from across the room, he slow-blinked, which in cat-speak means “I lurve you, woman.”
OK…I should probably “peace out” before you think I’ve totally crossed over into the Cat Lady Land of No Return.
But before I go! — one last thing. You should probably not use too much of this liner at a time, because when I piled it on, it starting looking kind of crinkly.
