See the gold ivory shade looked stark yellow in the promo photos. The blue grey looked green, too! This is much more likely to find it’s way home with me 🙁
Chanel always gets me with those prettier than pretty patterns on their compacts etc! This is so damn good to look at *sigh* *swooon* een thought he colors aren’t up my street and neither is the price! lol!
As often with high-end brands, the palette is beautiful but the colors aren’t really original!
And I’m saving money to buy the Too face Chocolate Bar et the Nars Audrey lipstick (a lipstick that has the same name as me! *happy dance*) when I go to London!
The pattern is so beautiful, I don’t know how one could disturb it! Happidy Humpidy Day to you as well!

The colors aren’t nearly as vibrant as the promo pics made them look, but they are still pretty. I liked the palette better when I thought it was full of brights, but the more subdued shades probably fit Chanel better. I love the chain design embossed across the shadows.
Please, please, please do a review with swatches!! I’ve had my eye on this, but don’t want to spend $80 if it’s not worth it.

Not my colours, and the one blogger who actually swatched it and made a look was not too positive about the pigmentation and blending. I loved Charming so much, but the last two Chanel quints have unfortunately not tempted me.
