MAC Viva Glam Miley Cyrus II Lipstick is very red — warm orangey red — which I don’t quite understand because MAC calls it bright orange, but ya know…I like the color, so I’m not gonna split hairs. 🙂
Sadly, my well of Miley Cyrus fun fact trivia does not run deep… I think she was dating or engaged to a Hemsworth, wasn’t she? The one who played Gale in The Hunger Games?
I dunno…
I do know that she’s the latest MAC Viva Glam spokesperson and has a new Viva Glam Lipstick and Lipglass coming out next month, which I keep wanting to call Miley Cyrus Deux, because sometimes I go French when there is absolutely no need to do so…

The lipstick is way too bold for me (although I absolutely love Viva glam Miley I lipstick) but I’m definitely going to get the lipglass.

I think you’ll have fun with the Lipglass! It’s very sparkly and just sheer enough so that it’s still wearable.
OK, so the nails! I’m wearing L’Oreal Paris Infallible 2-Step Nail in Timeless Taupe. It’s one of the dual ended polishes that came out recently. One on side you get the taupe nail polish, and on the other is the top coat. I get about 4-5 days of great color with just a few chips on the ends. Totally recommended. 🙂 Let me know if you have any other questions about it; I think it’s a great little set.

I think the Viva Glam program is great. I’ll be getting this set. I didn’t realize the lipstick was matte, but that’s nice as long as it isn’t drying. I got the first Miley set (the hot pink), and I really like them.
I can’t wear cream eye products. They slide right off, even with primer, so I’ll skip those.

It wasn’t too drying, not at least on my lips. I always try to prep with a little bit of balm first just in case. 🙂
Have you ever tried Viva Glam V? It’s kind of a pinkish neutral, and I wear it all the time.
Thanks for the feedback about the formula. My lips aren’t prone to drying, but I hate mattes that drag a lot.
I don’t have V, as I don’t care for the Lustre formula If it’s a good one, though, I would get it. The shade is beautiful.
OMG. I love the lippie so much. I’m definitely going to buy it. I really liked her first viva glam, but it was already sold out of my store by the time I decided I wanted it. But for sure going to get this one.
