It’s so light and springy! I love the citrus notes, especially.
So, on the skin, I made it unnecessarily complicated. LOL! I did a layer of Rose Inc Skin Enhance (which is *VERY* sheer), and then I patted and blended Charlotte Tilbury Beautiful Skin Foundation on my cheeks and around my mouth.
