This gal needs to *not* be inside and in front of a computer screen, so since we’re getting a break in the rain, I’m headed outside.
Do you ever get the urge to be amongst trees? Yeah, me too. I’m going hiking, and then afterwards, we’re getting BBQ provisions for the big game tomorrow.

I hope you have some quality outdoor time this weekend. I just love the two trees I think define California. Palm trees and I absolutely love walking among the redwoods.
We went for a super long hike yesterday to one of the waterfalls in the neighborhood and it was so, so lovely! When we got home, Connor said, “I had such a great day.” She also declared herself as the Princess of Nature. LOL!
Aw! That’s so sweet! I’m glad Connor appreciates nature too! It’s so good for your soul.
