So…what is the Monday Poll?
Excellent question! It isn’t, contrary to its name, an actual poll, like with little clicky buttons. It’s just a list of more or less random questions I’ve been posting on this blog every Monday morning for the past quadrillion years (since 2007).
1. What’s your favorite genre of novels?
Lately I’ve been really enjoying cozy romances (yes, they’re a thing).
2. A flavor of ice cream that you NEVER order?
Orange sherbert, ewwww!
3. Concealer: in a pot or in a tube with a wand?
Tube with a wand, please.
4. One thing you’d like to do this week?
Go to the gym on Tuesday. After three years of mostly ignoring exercise, I’m trying really hard to get back into the habit.
5. Breakfast for dinner or dinner for breakfast?
Breakfast for dinner, please!
Your friendly neighborhood beauty addict,
Karen

1. What’s your favorite genre of novels?
Classics – there’s still so many I haven’t read, like “In Search of Lost Time” by Proust, and while I’ve started some Jane Austen novels, I haven’t finished any of them. My highest regard, though, goes to the late works of Mark Twain, many of which were not published until 1962 because his daughter Clara prevented earlier publication. Not all of them were novels – he had become a philosopher in his old age.
