Why does it appear wet around the rims? Does it come like that?

I agree with what Kia said… I’ve heard so many good reviews about this, especially by Kandee Johnson who raves about this, and other youtube people, but when I tried it in store it seemed hard to blend too. I’m gonna have to try it again because I so want to love it!
It’s one of the most popular CCB. It’s always sold out in stores. I want it!

I have hush and I don’t find it to be chunky or hard to blend. Hush is a really nice highlighter for me.

How do you wear this exactly? Is it a blush?eyeshadow?Do you wear it alone or under other make up?Help! I love this color but have no idea what the cream color bases are for!
Love CCB’s. I think a lot of people look over them, but they’re so versatile.

I have to admit this is an awesome color, but the Mac store near me is scary! The makeup artists accost you and apply makeup you don`t want to try. I never go in there! To bad!
Hush was the first CCB I tried and I heart it. I have hit pan on it twice. Holla!

I hear so many raves for this, but have only tried Luna CCB. I have other highlighters that I prefer though, so I don’t find I reach for it very often.
