Completely and totally random (what else is new?), but this afternoon while I was doing these lip swatches of a few Cremesheens Glasses and Lipsticks from the new MAC Semi Precious Collection, that Adele song, Rolling in the Deep, started to play on the radio, but for some strange reason, the chorus sounded different to me…

LOL! Yes, I think I’ve lost my mind. 🙂 It’s been a long week — a good one, for sure — but a long one, and I’m really looking forward to this weekend.
Tomorrow I’m meeting my BFF Cindy at the de Young Museum in the city to check out an exhibit I’ve been wanting to catch called Balenciaga and Spain. After that, I’ve got a few errands to run, maybe work out, do some cleaning around the house — oh, and fool around with makeup, of course. That almost doesn’t need to be said, ha!
Do you have any plans? Whatever you’re doing, I hope you’re able to sneak in some time for yourself. It’s important, you know?
And speaking of important things, what do ya think of these MAC Semi Precious lip colors? They arrive on MAC counters and in stores July 7 in North America, and internationally some time next month.

Gosh, you look so pretty in these pictures! I probably won’t get anything from the collection. Lately I’ve been looking through my make-up stash and using things I never really gave a chance, or old favourites! Its fun, and free!

Ohhh love geo pink and your bee ring! There is an asian mall here in Toronto me and my mom always go to for blinged out jewelry and i got some crazy big rings like a fox, cat, snake, even a turtle so i got to check for a bee!
I would never be able to pull off Musky (Husky!) Amethyst but it looks great on you! I’m a Cremesheen lover but I’m just “meh” on these colors. I’ll have to swatch them in person before I decide I don’t need them. I’ll probably end up buying them all or something!
That Geo Pink is one of the most beautiful colors I’ve seen in awhile!
Tomorrow I will do my usual grocery shopping at Trader Joe’s. Sunday is church and I don’t know what I’m doing after that. Maybe something will come up. I actually don’t mind not having much scheduled.

Ant advice on actually nabbing the items online? I always want the lipsticks, but they run out so fast!
Saw the Balenciaga exhibit at the de Young when I was home for a visit. So amazing! You’ll love it. The gift shop has these uber cute totes made of nylon. They fold up and fit into their own tiny little nylon bags. A bag in a bag…ingenious!
I’m definitely planning on getting Gem Of Roses and Geo Pink – so pretty!

Mmmm, Gem of Roses looks like just the kind of color I like. I’m always searching for the perfect sheer rose lipstick. Lancome’s Moulin Rose juicy tube is a great lipgloss for that purpose, but I need a lipstick that does the job! Alas, I’m still waiting for my 2 tubes of EvoRevo to arrive (the UPS tracking site says Tuesday!), and now I’m already jonesing for yet another thing. Le sigh…
