Hiya! Is it hot enough for ya? We’re barely into summer and I’m already ready for fall. LOL!
This is the makeup look I’ve been wearing lately; you might’ve read about it last week in the post about the birthday shade tent. Here it is in much better lighting. The Chanel foundation, cream stick blushes and gloss are *chef’s kiss.* Holla at me if you have any questions about anything…

Summer music list
I’ve decided that it’s been too long since I’ve made a summer playlist. I’m thinking the theme will be booty shaking dance music. LOL! I just started and so far have the following two songs, and I would love your suggestions if you have any.

Get it, B!
Your friendly neighborhood beauty addict,

I love the makeup but I’m also loving the half up half down hair!
Love the way you have your hair! A new discovery I wanted to pass on – GXVE (Gwen Stefani’s New Line) Eye See in Color Shadow Quad in “Just a Girl”. The “Destiny” and “Pink Ribbon” shimmery shades I love as much as my NARS Kalahari and the two matte colors are a nice compliment to them.
I’ll try to swatch next time I’m at Sephora. I was just talking the other day with a friend about how it’s been forever since I’ve bought an eyeshadow palette…
Happy Friday!
My goodness, you really can’t go wrong with Chanel – that eyeshadow is beautiful! So is the rest of your look, but the shadow really stood out to me. 🙂 I also agree with Chelsea about your hair – it’s super cute and summery. The little pop at the top reminds me of a pineapple fruit crown (in a good way!). I’m glad you’re getting some warm weather. It was 65 and rainy here yesterday. It’s supposed to be high 70s today (and this weekend), so fingers crossed!! 🙂
If I could, I’d send some warm weather your way. It’s way too hot here.
How is it having a full house for the summer?
I think just your kind wish of doing that worked! We had a beautiful weekend in the 80s, which was ideal since the village had our 4th of July parade and fireworks this weekend, instead of next. They started that timing last year, presumably to limit conflicts with surrounding areas and have stuck with it.
It’s so great to have both the fellas home. I’ll be totally bummed in August when we’re back down to one. And it looks like we’ll only have him for another year after that (and he’ll be heading off to grad school… at least that’s the current plan that I actively don’t think about!).
I hope you are all enjoying your summer time together. Connor seems to be getting taller by the minute! 🙂
