What do you think of the bottle for the new Jimmy Choo Eau de Parfum ($70 for a 2-oz. bottle)?
The official fragrance notes: green top notes; tiger orchid middle notes; and sweet toffee and patchouli base notes.
I’ve been wearing it for the past few days, and the scent lasts an unusually LONG time — like a full 24 hours!
Wore it today for the first time– definitely had acceptable staying power, but the fragrance went a little sharp on me. They used a ‘lighter’ patchouli, which I think made it too bright for me. The bottle is soooooooo flowerbomb! COME ON!!! Oh well, the Jimmy Choo founder (whose name escapes me) said it was designed after murano glass, so at least there was some meaning behind it.
I’m literally sitting here with my face against the computer trying to smell this!!! Not really, but I really wish I could smell it. I love perfumes that last a LONG time. I bought Coach Poppy right after christmas, and the smell lasts a total of 10 minutes on me… wait, that’s being generous… 7 minutes max!

Do you remember that episode of the Simpsons where Ralph falls in love with Lisa because she gives him a Valentine with a train that reads, “I Choo-Choo-Choose You.” Best Ralphie quotes in that episode. 🙂
The bottle totally reminds me of Flowerbomb. Sweet toffee notes? Doesn’t sound very appealing to me. I had higher hopes for Jimmy Choo. I think I’ll pass.
I don’t see any speciality in the bottle but that snake skin box is absolutely gorgeous.
Love the box, the bottle reminds of me of Tocca.
I am intrigued by the toffee note,I love gourmand scents, and while this isn’t one, the toffee lures me! I’ll have to check it out =D

I love patchouli so that tempts me as does the longevity of it. Toffee though >-<
