Both were rescued from parking lot, in the same year, but not in the same time. One of them Smoli was abused kitten in a very bad shape, the other one was grown up cat who was looking for home, definitely must have been leaving with people before.

I got the real-life Marmalade Kitty who hangs out in our neighborhood to let me pet his belly. Zack came home a few days before that and he was hanging out on our front steps. I have a new friend!
Now if only the black neighborhood kittycat and the white/tabby kittycat would be my friends…
