That’s the butternut squash soup with fried sage and walnut oil on the left and the 1808 Chopped Salad (with satsuma oranges, asher blue cheese, watercress, toasted almonds, cranberries and eucalyptus honey vinaigrette, OM NOM NOM!) on the right.
This was from the 1808 Grill at the Hutton Hotel in Nashville the other day.
Yep, little bit yummier than the egg salad sandwich with baked Cheetos à la mode I had today…
I added arctic char for protein to the salad, but you can also get it with chicken or flat iron steak.
Kinda craving.

It looks damn good!
yummmm… *goes and searches recipes for butternut squash soup*
Super yummy! I’ll have what she’s having!
That sounds (and looks) super-yummy.
That salad makes me want to lick the screen lmao. It looks so delicious!!
*stomach rumble*
This reminds me that breakfast was a long time ago! The salad also sounds a bit remeniscent of Waldorf Salad, one of my favourites.
LOOOVE that restaurant! weird parking situation at the hutton but the food is killer!
Gosh. That looks so damn yummy!!
