GURL – my Momma’s obsessed with Cassoulet. She just refined her recipe and started making it for the store last month. 🙂
I wish I could eat some home-cooked cassoulet!! If I’m ever in your neck of the woods you better believe I’m popping by the store for some of that good grub!

It was pretty hearty… kinda like a stew with beans, bread crumbs, sausage, and all sorts of yummy herbs.

I was tempted by that! What else have you had there? I had the sole last time and it was tasty. El Hub always orders the Coq Au Vin, and that’s good too.

You gotta love the French – they love better more than Paula Deen and Julia Childs…I ate at french cafe too for Valentine’s brunch…sadly they were out of the mussels I’ve been craving!

just a fancy version of eggs bennedict – made with crab meat but I did manage to have a Kir Royal cocktail to start with!
That sounds really good. I love crab and like the yolk/crab meat combo (so rich, but delicious). Where did you go? Maybe I can drag the hub there…

It’s a very hearty stew with beans, herbs, bread crumbs and meat (sausage and duck). It’s very filling!
