Yesterday El Hub and I celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary with a late lunch at The Boon Fly Cafe in Napa.
So, I joke all the time about wanting to eat a bucket of fries, and I finally got the chance! Boon Fly serves their fried strings o’ glorious potato goodness in an actual tin bucket.
No, really. It’s a real bucket.

Boon Fly is a bit off the beaten path, but if you’re ever out here for wine tasting and looking for grub, it’s a cute, casual joint with great service and yummy food. Highly recommended, especially the fries. 🙂

I love those fries. I drive by Boon Fly all the time and I finally decided to drop in for a late lunch a couple of months ago…my fry loving heart was filled for joy by those yummy yummy fries!

That smoked salmon flatbread looks SOOOOO good!
It was really good, and REALLY filling. You’d think that thin slices of salmon wouldn’t leave you stuffed, but they totally do.

Yay for seven years of marriage! It was our seven year anniversary in June. It is a great feeling knowing that I married my best friend, we’ve been together since 2001. I wish you many more years of bliss.
