I have a friend who always, always finishes her holiday shopping in October.
Um…wow?
On the one hand, I think that’s cray. On the other, I wish I had her discipline because seriously, I’m an infamous last-minute shopper. Most years I’m at the mall on Christmas Eve!
This year — oh, here we go — I swear I’m going to get most of my holiday shopping done by Halloween.
A lofty goal, I know, but I figure, Tabs was able to beat all odds to become the world’s greatest plus-size kitty supermodel, so I ought to be able to at least finish my holiday shopping by the end of October.
The other day I did some early recon at my local Anthropologie and found a few interesting gift ideas…

Anthropologie is usually my go-to place for last minute gifts. My friend has a cat and I can just imagine her excitement if she saw this stackable candle. Great ideas! ;-D

My go-to hostess gift is Anthro’s Volcano candle. I’ve given many, many of them over the years. It’s especially nice if you don’t know much about the host/hostess to bring wine and flowers just don’t last long enough. I love the Volcano candle and even my candle hating husband likes the smell!

I am totally one of those people who has their gift shopping done by Halloween. I spend the rest of the season shopping for myself at places like Anthro lol.
