My dear little yorkie did this once, only it was my bra. I used to always lay my clothes on the end of the bed when I changed and he liked to lay on the bed and, usually, on my clothes. One day he somehow managed to get the strap around his neck and he came running through the house dragging the bra behind him. The funniest part was that he was running and looking back behind him like he was trying to get away from it as though he thought it was something about to get him! lol
