I was running around like a crazypants yesterday (we hosted this year for the first time!), but I did manage to grab some snaps of the Thanksgiving spread before we chowed down.
This was just a sampling of what we had on the table, because at Filipino holiday celebrations, it’s traditional to have enough to feed a small army and then some. The idea is to make enough to give to your family, friends and neighbors so that they’ll have leftovers to eat for the next few days. 🙂
I would really like to try Lumpia and pancit. And also mashed potatoes with garlic & turkey! 🙂
Here in Canada, Thanksgiving was last month, so no yummy food for me :(, but yours looks amazing!!!

Everything looks amazing! I’ve had pancit before but not lumpia. One of my coworkers promised me lumpia so I hope to have it soon 🙂 Looks like an awesome Thanksgiving!
Wow–looks like you did an *incredible* job, Karen! Everything looks sooo good–especially that corn casserole (yum! Will have to keep that in mind for next year!), the tilapia, and the lumpia (I haven’t had some in sooooo long!!). Oh, and we also had persimmon at our table too (it was from an aunt!)

Oh, yum… This looks soo delicious! I’m jealous, we just had traditional turkey, stuffing, mashed and sweet potatoes, green beans, rolls, and pumpkin pie. I’d love to have tilapia for Thanksgiving dinner, it looks like you had so much fun.
