Are you a fan of the Terminator movies? The new one with C-Bale just came out. I loved the first two films and liked the TV show (I heard it got canceled, SHOOT!), but the new McG movie has my spider sense tingling, and not in a good way.

Like cyborgs (now there’s a transition you don’t hear very often), we humans can change the color of our hair pretty easily. Earlier this month I dyed my roots, and now it’s a matter of extending the life of the coloring before I have to do it again.

Very dark brown with grays around my face. I dye it to a similar dark brown with violet-red mixed in though. Indoors it looks black but under sun light you can see the red tones.

Mine is naturally dark dark brown with some natural auburn highlights that appear in daylight. I love it. The only processing done is a little bit of exact match paint to cover the pesky grey hairs that have been popping up occasionally.

I color it to a shade thats close to my natural hair color but ive been so neglectful that now my hair color is brown with reddish highlights and WHITE mixed in.

My hair currently is what I call bronde. Not blonde, not brown, think Giselle or a less golden Jennifer Aniston. Prior to going back to my natural color my hair was platinum. I used Redken Color Extend due to my hair being pourous and wanted to keep the darker color from fading. It works great! you will be so happy with this product. I’ve always been a product junkie but this is definitely a must have for people with colored hair. Why spend the money to color your hair then use cheap shampoo that only aids in fading?

Right now my hair is black, naturally brown but I like having my hair darker because it goes better with my skin tone.
My hair is in natural fire-copper curls. What makes my head of red so unique, though, is that I have completely natural streaks and bits of blonde, auburn, dark brown, strawberry blonde and even a bit of burgundy distributed throughout my hair. Plus, I’ve never dyed it! All these streaks combined makes up my extremely vibrant red hair. 😀

Mine varies. When I dye it, it looks like Bella’s from Twilight. But if I let it fade for awhile, it lightens to a bronzy reddish brown (which is where I’m at now).

My natural haircolor is dark ash blond, which doesn’t mesh well with my warm skin tone so I’ve been dying it consistently since I was about 15. Around 21 it started going gray and now that I’m 32 it’s probably about 40% gray. 🙁 For the past two years I’ve been dying it a warm reddish brown. A few weeks ago I got red highlights (which lasted all of three weeks! Not going to that salon again) so I used a semi-permanent color to liven up the highlights myself two days ago. Thankfully it worked beautifully so for now I have reddish brown hair with bright red highlights. I love the Redken Color Extend line!

My natural color is what is known as “dishwater blonde”; in other words, it started life a beautiful golden blonde and darkened over the years to a dirty, dull shade. So, throughout my teens, I bleached and toned it to a platinum blonde. I married my beloved husband at 19 and, a week later, decided that I was a redhead at heart (he said it matched my fiery temperament!). It stayed a lovely shade of dark auburn until two years ago, when I decided that, at the age of 53, the dark red was starting to look a little harsh with my fading skin tones. So I decided to go softer with a medium, but very natural, ash blonde shade. It was perfect for the past two years, until two weeks ago, when I chose to use the same shade made by a different company. My hair color came out a much darker, and duller shade of—you guessed it—“dishwater blonde”! Unfortunately, my hair is also in a very fragile state from this MUCH harsher product! Now, I’m going to have to wait for quite a while, until my hair regains it’s strength and becomes healthier, before I can correct this problem. WAAAHHH!!!
