My favorite mac eyeshadow is electric eel. I love it because when I wear it with bright colors it really makes my eye pop. And I Iove daring colors that others would not wear. I wear it on my eye lid as the main shadow, but sometimes accent with it..
My favourite eyeshadows are Grain & Satin Taupe – i think they work amazingly well together! Grain all over the lid as a was of colour with satin taupe in the crease! gorgeous!!

My favorite MAC eyeshadow is Shroom. It’s a perfect highlight for under the brow, in the inner corner of the eye, or in the center of the eye!

I love Satin Taupe for a soft eye, and Nylon as a highlight or as a light wash to brighten the eyes

Funny that Eve above mentioned this but Electric Eel if my fave too. I love doing a really neutral brown eye and then using Electric Eel on my bottom lashline for a fun pop of colour.

I lurves Mac mineralize in Pink Split. It totally suits my coloring. The veined color turns into a beautiful beige-y color on me and love to mix it with browns to create a brown smokey eye. In fact I have it on today!
Its between all that glitters and shroom/ricepaper lol all for an easy sweep of color and wide awake look.
My favourite MAC eyeshadow is Kid. I like to use this all over my lid but most of the time I use this on my crease or as a blending colour for smokey eyes or something more colourful.

Copperplate! I use it for a one shadow smokey eye as a crease shade as a liner. The possibilities with this shadow are endless!

i love MAC’s stars n’ rockets eyeshadow. i like to use it on my eye lid (not the whole eyelid, but about 3/4 of it), as well as bring it along my lower lash line. and then i have a bunch of other eyeshadows that i use when completing this look, but that takes too long to type out! lol totally lazy

I have no MAC shadows, but I really, really want Humid. It looks so gorgeous. I would use it all over the lid, in the outer corner/crease, or as a liner. All over the place, basically. 😀
I love the Love Lace. Its my favorite color and I think it would compliment my eyes well. I would use it on bottom half of lid.
Concrete (also use as brow powder) and soba my favorite go to crease color! Next would prob be moth brown.

I use Copperplate all the time. Since I am new to makeup I am afraid of black eyeshadow, so I use Copperplate as my “dark” color for my crease and corner of my eye. 🙂 Maybe one day I will work up to a true black eyeshadow

MAC Wedge, a gorgeous neutral brown that I use lightly in my crease. My HG everyday e/s. Next one would be Humid, a light wash on lids, then to line my lower lashline.
I love the warm & cozy shadestick! The warm colours are great, and it’s so easy to keep in my purse and just whip it out when I need it. And I can smudge it with my finger when needed.
If I had to pick just one, it would be silver ring because it really highlights my dark blue eyes!

my favorite is crystal avalanche! i put it on the inner corner of my eyes. i choose this one because it looks good on everyone and i believe it really amplifies a good make up job.
My favorite MAC eyeshadow is Satin Taupe. It works really well on days that I feel too lethargic to actually do my makeup well. I can just sweep it across my lids to create depth, and go about my day.

Copperplate for smokey eyes!
MAC shadesticks are the best. I always use ‘nurture’ as a primer since it is a golden taupe color so I can layer other colors on top.

My favorite MAC shadow is Shroom!! I’d have to say my second favorite is cranberry.
I love Patina eye shadow, it’s a great neutral that compliments my hazel eyes. Good crease color. This mineralize duo up for grabs is gorgeous!

after reading your post on mac’s arena i went out and bought it and i am so glad i did!!!
i use it everyday and i put it all over my eyelid like a wash… and then some eyeliner and that is it it really brightens up my eyes and fits into my sort of lazy and always in a rush morning routine.
before this eyeshadow i was afraid to use eyeshadow (everything seemed chalky on me) but now i am more adventurous and looking for colors in this range.
My absolute FAVORITE MAC shadow is Swimming… it makes my brown eyes look like a golden honey color!!! I just love it – and it’s the only shadow I’ve ever used completely up & had to buy a replacement! =P
without a doubt, sable and cranberry…they have to tie bc they are TOO amazing! lol 😀
Right now i’m in love with Blue Sorcery Mineralized Eyeshadow. I like using it to create a “smokey eye”. I only have to use that one compact; silver side on the inner corner and the blue side on the outer corner.

My favorite MAC e/s is White Frost. It looks great all over my lids with black liner, or just used in the inner corner with other eye shadows.
I love Sable, followed closely by Mulch and Folie. I like to layer brown eye shadows to give better depth and dimension to the look.

My fav MAC eyeshadow is Cranberry! I wear it over bare study paint pot; it goes from lashline to crease, then i blend a dark gold into my crease and a very light champagne on the browbone. black cat eye liner and black liner in the waterline completes the look!

My two favorite MAC shadows are Vanilla and Satin Taupe. Vanilla is the absolute BEST highlight color ever. Satin Taupe is the perfect crease color for me…. It all works perfectly! 😀
It’s a tie between Carbon, Cranberry and Soft Brown. I love Carbon for smokey eyes, and for deepening the crease colour. I love Cranberry in the crease for a perfect autumn/fall eye – it’s so warm and delicious 😀 and then Soft Brown is the perfect colour to use to transition between your crease colour and brow bone highlight
I would also have to vote for Soft Brown, as well as Cork. I blended the two into my crease and the outer corners on my wedding day – if that says anything about how much I loooove both of them! 🙂 Plus they seem to work on a wide variety of skin tones.
my favorite MAC eyeshadow HAS to be Retro Speck. I’ve been literally been using that color since I was 14 (when I first started using makeup!) — thats more than 10 years!! EEEEEEEEEk… Im getting old LOL

I’ve just started getting into MAC, just bought my first pigment in Naked and I love it! So far I used it over an entire smokey brown eye to make the whole look more sparkley for x-mas. I also attached my sister’s bare eyelids with it and a brush while she was in the kitchen baking. The fact that she left it on means it’s a winner!
Never use a MAC Shadow- love Studio Fix and Lip Glass and all their lip sticks though.
I don’t have a favorite MAC eyeshadow, but I absolutely love Soft Brown, Electric Eel, and Carbon!
It’s a tie between Trax (simply because it looks like a oil slick) and Expensive Pink with Honey Lust blended together for when I want to look warm and sparkly and rich. 😉
I am ALL about the Acid Orange pigment. Use it as a wash all over the lid, makes eyes POP. I also blend it with red and yellow for a sunset effect. And last but not least, works great as a lip colour, patted gently on dry lips OR mixed with a bit of gloss.

My fav eyeshadow is woodwinked.. it compliment my olive skin very well, is a safe neutral but always makes me feel a bit like cleopatra for a day 🙂 Another fav is satintaupe for a smokey look. But my biggest most reliable love has to be melon pigment – it works as a shadow, a highlighter, as a cheek colour and as a subtle lip gloss!

Rubenesque paint pot is the best! I use it under gold shadows to add a little extra bang or I like to use it by itself too, its insanely pretty!

Hmmm…..that’s hard. My fave eyeshadow’s actually from Urban Decay, but my favorite MAC one would have to be Antiqued. It’s a very pretty reddish color that works very well with my hazel eyes. It actually goes perfectly with Sin from Urban Decay (my favorite eyeshadow EVER!), so that definitely puts in the favorites category.

Woodwinked, hands down! It’s such a beautiful warm goldish brown. It makes my green eyes really pop. My favorite combo is with woodwinked on the lid, Antiqued in the Outer V, and Kid in the crease.
MAC’s Carbon is the best matte black ever!

CORK! I’m all about the cork. After applying either UD Primer Potion or L’Oreal Decrease, I slather on the cork! It evens, tones, and smoothes for the best eyeshadow foundation possible.

Satin taupe for all kinds of looks, but mostly with carbon for a fool proof sexy smokey eye.
Carbon cause it serves as a great eyeliner too.
My favorite one is Deep truth. Such a wonderful blue. I use it To darken green and blue eyemakeup, mixed with purple too. Love it over Strut creamy creaseless Benefit eyeshadow for a beautiful smocky eye.

My fav. is parrot. It’s just so vibrant and gorgeous. I like to use it by keeping the rest of my face simple and lining my lower lash line with parrot. My eyes instantly look brighter and prettier!

shroom as a highlight, bright future or ricepaper for the inner corner of my eyes, and smut to be wet and applied as my top eyeliner (i kinda fill in the gaps of my lashes with it, makes it a lot fuller without mascara). it’s good for the “me, only better” look. LOL

I’m going to be a trend follower and say shroom. I tried it for the first time this monring and loved it! It worked really well as a subtle highlighter (since I’m pretty pale it doesn’t exactly stand out, but instead subtly shimmers).

Satin Taupe is a great all-over color I love to wear, both nighttime and daytime!
Gotta be woodwinked. It suits everybody and isn’t too dark for a day look or too light for an evening look.

My favorite eyeshadow from Mac is Style Snob. It’s such a unique color with bits of gold, silver, pink, and bronze in the same taupy shade. The combo really brings out my blue eyes. I like to use it as an everyday shade-I apply it up to the crease and blend it into Laura Mercier’s Vanilla Nuts. Then, I line my upper lashes with a brown liner–I’ve got a great one that I smudge out from Shiseido–add mascara and I’m done!

If I had to choose ONE than I think it would have to be mulch. It’s my favorite brown for a every day look, or in combination with other colors for a dramatic brown smokey eye, which I use more often than a black one 🙂
My fave is MAC ricepaper! I use it all the time as my highlight eyeshadow. all my looks begin with ricepaper.
My favorite MAC eyeshadow is Grand Entrance! It is a great lid color for when you want to have other dramatic areas like cheeks and lips, but it is no shrinking daisy neutral! I even bought one for my friend for christmas!

I love Shroom! I use it all the time. I would also have to add Satin Taupe. I lightly sweep it on as a lid color, or I build the color up and use it in the crease.

I like MAC Eyeshadow in Goldmine for a wash of lovely, shimmery, gold color. It looks great as a highlight and on the inner corners of my eyes.
I love Sushi Flower because it’s easy to only put a little and have a soft pink glow to my lids or pack on a lot for a vibrant finish.

My favorite shadow is MAC’s Bronze. I love it because its so versatile and it goes well with my honey colored hair. I use it all over the eye as a light smokey look, in the crease to darken up a look, or in the outer v for some beautiful shimmer that itsn’t over-powering!

The ones I use the most are Espresso & Cork (for brows), but in terms of a shade for eyes, it would have to be Contrast.
My favorite MAC eyeshadow would have to be Satin Taupe, foshoo! It’s weird how it seems to be both warm and cool, so it works either way…i can rock it on the lid with a plum eyeshadow in the crease, or use it in the crease with silver on the lid, or even on the lid, with bronzes and gold too–it just goes with everything. and it can hold its own even by itself! aaaaamazing. <3

I love love love Carbon, it’s so versatile and is a perfect matte black. I love using it to create a dark smoky eye. I also love Parrot! It’s a pretty dark aqua color, and makes realy pretty “mermaid eyes”. I had to buy one more before they stopped selling it 🙁

I really like Amber Lights. It looks good as a wash over the entire lid or on the lower rims of my eye as eyeliner.
I like Club.
I love really bright eye shadows so my fave is electric eel either on the outer corners or on my lower lash line.
i love the satin taupe!
I love cork….it is a great crease color and gives your eyes some dimension, but still subdued. it is also a great color to blend out a smokey eye.
I don’t have a fave because I have never tried any..but they look amazing. I like anything that can make a nice smooth smoky eye. Thanks for the contest.

I love ‘Idol Eyes’ shadow. I can wear it wet and heavy for a cool, smoky, silvery look or sweep it over any of my other shadow for a hint of sparkle…I make sure to always have this one in my kit.

My favorite MAC eyeshadow used to be Dovefeather, a discontinued veluxe shade; though recently I’ve fallen in love with Llama–another discontinued veluxe shade! I wish they’d bring veluxes back!
Juxt. I like to create an egyptian eye with black gel liner spread out and lots of mascara. fun look for summer.
My favorite Mac eyeshadow is grape vine (it’s discontinued). I love to just add it on the lowerlash line for a pop of color. It helps bring out hazel/green eyes.
All That Glitters! On my dark skin it looks like brushed bronze. Hot!!!

Shadowy lady ( which is a dark matte plum colour) is not only gorgeous as an eyeshadow but it could also be used as a plum eyeliner for the day time. Plus it makes my brown eyes pop!
I also blend it with carbon mac for a gorgeous smoky eye or I apply it on the creeases on top of a beige base.
So hard to pick! I guess Aquadisiac, mostly for the name 🙂
I can’t pick just one either! My top three are Shroom, Satin Taupe, and Moth Brown! I like to use Shroom to highlight my browbone, and also on the inner eye when I do smokey looks. I like Satin Taupe for a crease color. And I like Moth Brown because it is the most unique taupe I own!
Blanc Type, my favorite highlighter. Goes with everything and is exactly my skin colour 🙂

I love the colour Honesty by M.A.C as a crease colour.
My go – to eyeshadow has to be Tempting. It’s such a gorgeous shimmery golden brown. I love it!

If I were to pick one my favorite is Plum Dressing the color just really brings out my eye color and draws lots of attention to them. All of Mac colors are beautiful..def my favorite eye shadow brand.

My favourite MAC eyeshadow is woodwinked and i uses this for a brown smokey eye, i put this in my crease and outer V
I like satin taupe and brule. I use satin taupe in my crease and brule as a highlight.
so hard to pick–but I have to say snob–it is a neutral taupe with a sparkly gold/pink under tone–I <3 it, and can blend it with just about anything.
I’ve been really wanting to try out “Blue Sorcery”
My favorite eyeshadow is Mac’s Quarry! I use it for almost every look I do as a blending shadow.

I have only few eyeshadows for now and my fav is definitely Club! It’s really a strange e/s and I’m surprised by how it looks on my eyes! I love it! I use it when I want a soft but interesting look since it’s duochrome e/s 🙂
