I once got stranded by an ice storm and was unable to go home and be with my family for Christmas. It was disconcerting, to say the least.

I like Neutrogena’s Pore Refining Exfoliating Cleanser. It doesn’t have physical exfoliants. Instead, it chemically exfoliates.

Just washed my makeup brushes last weekend 🙂 I bought the Too Faced brush set about a month ago and have been really strict about washing them every weekend.
And I actually just bought a Neutrogena toner today and have high hopes for it! I’m 23 and recently got all obsessive about skin care haha. I have been trying sooo many products/brands trying to figure out what is right for me.
It’s been years since I’ve used it (which is a good thing because it means my acne has gotten under control!), but my most favourite Neutrogena product was the grapefruit face scrub.
I only ever use Neutrogena face wash! Right now I’m using their deep clean cream cleanser.
Lunch was a slice of cheese on a mini bagel.

I have spent the holidays away from home twice in my lifetime. Once it was a pre-kids holiday away with my husband and it was alot of fun. We went to a resort that was having Christmas festivities and we enjoyed ourselves. The second time was a mountain resort with our three kids and although they too were having holiday activities the kids missed being at home.

I’ve spent several holidays away from home, because I’m not a fan of traveling any time of year. Zeal & I spent several by ourselves when we lived in Buffalo & and several more even since we’ve moved closer to my parents. For our first Thanksgiving living in Buffalo, my ex-hubby (then fiance) & I went to Canada to have Chinese food with a friend, because restaurants were closed in the US & our tiny apt kitchen sucked.
When I was younger, my family spent many Christmas holidays in Florida. I now live here & get to spend my holidays wrapped up in warm weather!
I spent Christmas away from home when I lived in Switzerland. I missed my family, but I also appreciated a European Christmas, which focuses more on family, food and exercise and less on materialism and gifts.
I don’t know that I have ever tried any neutrogenia products but would like to.
Comet Loves Cupid by OPI is one of my favorite red polishes, so they are, by default, my favorite reindeer.
If I wasn’t working where I am, I’d be working towards a PhD by now. I love learning and researching, and it’s always been a dream of mine to be an academic.
