My least favorite beauty trend is the “bold brows” for some reason girls take this to mean sharpie them on and make them look like clown eyebrows and ridiculous as is humanly possible.

Do you ever wear mittens or gloves? Absolutely – I probably have four or five pairs of different types.
Do you have any pictures or paintings of animals on your walls? No, but they’re running around here like mad & I’m thinking that should totally count!
What’s one tip you could give about something you know well? I learned how to walk again almost two years ago after 3+ years in a wheelchair. I was told I’d never walk again, so I would encourage people to never, EVER give up, and just because someone (or lots of someones) tell you that you can’t do something doesn’t mean you should just accept it.

My favorite soup is broccoli cheddar! Mmm, it would be so nice to have a bowl on this freezing cold (0 degree) day. I have a gold glittery casemate phone case that my hubby got me for Christmas, gotta love the sparkle. And as far as beauty trends go, I’m not a big fan of neon or mega bright colors. Just doesn’t work for me, but other people can totally pull it off! All depends on personal style, I suppose.

The one tip I would like to give is that no one needs a seperate tinted moisturizer , just mix your regular foundation with your fav moisturizer and voila, here is your greatest tinted foundation done..!! Now, was that a tip or a well known fact,I don’t know…just wanted to share ….hehe..

I love my mom’s homemade soup, theres nothing else like it! If I try to make it, it’s good, but it tastes best when she makes it 😉 It’s a vegetable based soup with orzo, tomatoes, onion, carrots, celery, and a bunch of other delicious ingredients that I can’t think of off the top of my head. But seriously, OMGood!

my least fav beauty trend would be the fake beauty mark girls do in Asia. Depending on the popular celebrities who have a natural beauty mark, the beauty mark maybe Cindy Crawford style, at the side of the nose, or upper cheek. I think Asia is just too Crazy with trends. Like how they’re all eating this one bun now because some politician (maybe the president or something) ordered some… even many already ate it on a normal day.
If the president started ordered a burger from some burger joint…I’m not running out to get it.

I love any kind of veggie medley, but most especially moroccan lentil or curry carrot, or maybe even a vegan tortilla…oh I could go on! Whenever it is cold and windy I always wear gloves to keep my hands soft. I love long leather gloves and try to match their colour to whichever colour handbag I carry: black with a black bag, and chocolate brown with a brown bag.

Last time I visited my friend Nora and her family she made a delicious tomato soup with fresh croutons and parmigiano, it was so good.

I love to wear gloves. My favorite and only pair I bought overseas at a street market in Italy. They are like prized possessions to me! My least favorite beauty trends…it seems like every brand got on the BB/CC cream bandwagon and they are so different from the real BB/CC creams from Asia. And contouring. I see these intense contouring guides and photos on pinterest and it seems so ridiculous and fake…and so much effort to try!

What’s your favorite soup? – I HAVE SO MANY! It is because I like soup when its cold or hot, a trait which I share with my dad! lol I mainly like chicken tortilla soup, or enchilada soup from Chili’s, black bean soup, chilis, gumbo, baked potato soup… a lot really! It just has to be flavorful!

Hmm…good question! I think my least favorite beauty trend is ombre hair (sorry! I just think it looks like a serious case of roots!) and, though this is more of a fashion trend, showing the midriff! I am SO not into seeing anyone’s midriff unless I’m at the beach/pool!

I’m trying to use up all the mascaras I’ve opened lol. So far I’ve used up my two Dolly Wink mascaras in long and Volume (the old design). Next up I have a Sasatinnie Super Dolly Curling Mascara and the Rimmel Scandaleyes that I need to use with the Etude House Mascara Fixer as it can’t hold curl on its own 🙁 Then I need to rush through my Maybelline stash of mascaras. And also my pencil eyeliners (always seem never to use them lol) and lip glosses and lipsticks… got such a huge backlog lol

One tip about something I know well…
Once a week before putting nail polish on I put a bit of olive oil on a cotton ball and rub some unto my nails and cuticles and then let it soak in the oil for a couple of minutes and then rub the excess on the fingers into the cuticles. Your cuticles look nice and moisturized and it definitely makes your nails stronger. I don’t really know if a lot of people do this so thought I’d share it :p
I’ve had a rouge volupte shine lipgloss sitting in my online sephora basket for awhile now, and I’m entering this so I can finally get it, lol!
What kind of case do you have on your phone? Currently just a standard white durable one, but I’ve been eyeing a very non-functional metal butterfly with bling from etsy. Sacrificing function for fashion? No one has ever done that before.. ;P

I guess I’d have to say my least favorite beauty trend would be be a super pale lip. There’s something about incredibly light (almost white), baby-pink lipsticks that immediately makes me think, “Quick! Get that woman to shelter, she’s freezing!” It just reminds me too much of someone who’s so sick or frightened that all the blood has drained from their face. I do, however, commend the ladies that can pull it off with confidence. More power to them!
I went to Ulta for the first time last weekend (I’m usually a dedicated Sephoraholic), and it was AWESOME! Scored some of the new NYX lip butters, but did not get my hands on the coveted Lorac Unzipped or Pro Palette. Le sigh.

My least favorite beauty trend is overly-perfect eyebrows. It’s weird when they LOOK like they’ve been filled in, like they’re not even made of hair anymore..
I love French Onion soup with lots of cheese! But, 10 pounds suddenly appeared on me (since last summer) lol So none for me until next month!
My favorite soup would have to be my ooey-gooey, sinfully delicious baked potato soup…It’s a heart attack in a bowl, so I don’t make it often, but it’s OMG so good.

I’m excited about going to IMATS (the International Make-Up Artist Trade Show) in Pasadena, California next Saturday. This will be my third time going to the show. I always have so much fun meeting my favorite YouTube gurus, taking pictures of the various booths and people dressed up in various costumes and makeup styles, as well as shopping for new makeup products.
I like any soup with a lot of chunks in it (broccoli-cheddar, loaded potato, italian wedding)
I just got a smart phone for Christmas and have a purple plastic case. It is sub zero here and any soup is fine but love Italian wedding cream of chicken or broccoli or asparagus

My least favorite beauty trend is what is call the “magic marker eyebrows”. It’s when the eyebrows are shaved off and then colored back in, and often not in there right area, with a sharp, thick/thin black line. More often than not they are curved or even very small lines. It baffles me. I just don’t get it. But I can’t stop staring. I must be missing the beauty in this trend!

I have an Otter Box on my iPhone, it has definitely saved my phone more than once.
I could never fathom why someone would want those stiletto nails,I think they’re so horrid. And when I see them, they’re always in these loud crazy designs and prints, which makes it that much more unattractive.
I have many photos on the shelf, although I would love to have pictures with my baby, it was more I will never forget
I love to wear gloves to wash dishes, prevents nails chipped or lose their luster.
I like to use based on the face every day, more when this heat I think a bit uncomfortable because of sweating.

Gloves over mittens….. totally gloves! You can do nothing in mittens. They are okay for fashion reasons or playing in the snow but gloves are a every day function for driving, working, using your phone, ect!

I die for broccoli cheddar soup from Panera Bread. The joy it brings me became all too real when I got my wisdome teeth taken out (It was a rough week) and it was the easiest and tastiest thing I could get down. Also, no pictures of animals on my walls, but I have been in the market to hire a talented hand to paint my cat.
I wear gloves, cant stand mittens!

Hair!! I can give facts/tips about hair all day LONG! esp. curly hair.
tip: When washing hair, wash scalp only then flip your head over to make sure the product is all rinsed out. (extra tip: ALWAYS rinse with cool water to seal in moisture)
Hey being from montreal, quebec. It’s hella cold here, -40 (yeah minus). So I do wear mittens really often, with a big coat, scarf and hat!

I like to wear gloves but I prefer fingerless ones (not sure how they’re called lol).

Sadly, I broke the flower case I have on my non-smart phone so I’m just sucking it up and not using one at the moment! Meanwhile, I prefer mittens if I’m trying to stay warm but gloves are better if you need to drive. But I’m not leaving the house for the next two days because of the cold, oh dear.
