The answer is 1991, and the letters M, A and C stand for Make-up Art Cosmetics.🙂
Makeup Art Cosmetics! It even says on some of the bottoms of the containers….It took me a while to figure out what it meant…duh!
And 1991 is when I first started wearing MAC 🙂

I feel like I’m just repeating what everyone said, but yeah, MAC stands for Make-up Art Cosmetics.
I remember when I was first introduced to their products. I couldn’t have been older than 8 or 9. My jazz teacher was showing us all the stuff she got so our parents could get it for us to use in our performance… awww… memories.
