So…what is the Monday Poll?
Excellent question! It isn’t, contrary to its name, an actual poll, like with little clicky buttons. It’s just a list of more or less random questions I’ve been posting on this blog every Monday morning for the past quadrillion years (since 2007).

Spa weekend, 100%.

Nope, none! I don’t really crave it, but if it’s there, I’ll have a small cup.
4. Who would you rather have lunch with: your favorite musician, your favorite actor, your favorite author or your favorite teacher?
Honestly, if she was still alive, lunch with my favorite teacher from elementary would be lovely. The last time I saw her, I was 18.
5. Do you pop the zit or leave it alone?
I dunno, how ripe is it? If it’s gonna slide right outta that pore, not gonna lie, I’d pop it. LOL! But otherwise leave it alone.

3. Have you had any eggnog this holiday season? No, I can’t stand it. However, my husband is downing it with a ridiculous amount of fresh nutmeg.
4. Who would you rather have lunch with: your favorite musician, your favorite actor, your favorite author or your favorite teacher? Probably actor, since my favorite teachers are gone.
5. Do you pop the zit or leave it alone? Leave it alone most of the time, but if it’s a quick scratch, I’ll take take of it.

2. Spa weekend or a music festival weekend? Definitely a spa weekend. Even when I was decades younger, I didn’t like music festivals because I don’t like raucous crowds.
3. Have you had any eggnog this holiday season? No. I tasted it many moons ago and hated the stuff. I prefer hot spiced cider for holiday cheer.
4. Who would you rather have lunch with: your favorite musician, your favorite actor, your favorite author or your favorite teacher? I can’t really think of anyone off the top of my head.
5. Do you pop the zit or leave it alone? At my age (81) pimples aren’t a concern.

My favorite author. I mean, that would be a bit difficult, since my favorite author is Jane Austen, but still…😄

Usually leave it alone, but occasionally pop it.

2. Spa weekend or a music festival weekend? Music festival, I think. Though I could use a massage – I’ve been stressed out most of my life, and have never had a massage.
3. Have you had any eggnog this holiday season? No – and I don’t want any.
4. Who would you rather have lunch with: your favorite musician, your favorite actor, your favorite author or your favorite teacher? Favorite musician who’s still alive – Paul McCartney. If I could go back in time, I’d want to have lunch with Mark Twain, who was quite the philosopher.
5. Do you pop the zit or leave it alone? Depends on the situation. I often used a sterilized pin to pop mine, and that worked out okay, but I was very careful about
it. Most of mine were on my chin area, which is safer than messing around with nose-area pimples.
