We’re packing up the car and taking Marnie to the beach again to help her with socialization. It’s a good place for her to practice being around new people and dogs.
FYI, this is what going to the beach looks like in Northern California. It’s overcast, a little chilly and you’re wearing layers upon layers upon layers. Sometimes the sun does come out, but it’s usually in the afternoon and only if you’re lucky. LOL!

Gray beach days like this remind me of my childhood, when we’d jump into the water no matter how cold it was. We were just thrilled to be near the ocean.
What are you up to on this lovely summer Saturday?
Your friendly neighborhood beauty addict,
Karen
P.S. I took these pictures last week before I cut my hair. I’m finally realizing just how long it was, holy moly!

I remember the first time I went to Stinson Beach with some friends from college. We sat there reading the NYTimes and we thought, this is just like the beach in Michigan, except it’s a little sunnier in MI. (My friend was from the Lake Superior side of the upper peninsula.)
Hope you had a great time.
You have no idea how much most southerners would like to go to a beach like that, that’s cool in the summer.🥶 Right now it’s 94 degrees with 34% humidity, and that is RARE in my area – usually it’s 98-104 🌞🌞with around 34% humidity. So the 94 degrees seems pretty nice to us. We’re in the midst of a rare summer cold front, which is supposed to bring rain tomorrow through Tuesday. Once this clears out it will be really hot again, most likely.
Looks like your family and Marnie had fun. Hope she continues to blend well with your family and Rosie. If you ever start her on agility work, please post something about that as I’d like to see how the beginning stage of that is done.
