I’m kind of drawn to the soup can shoes because they’ve got that off-white thing going, and I know I’d be able to wear them with more outfits (although they’d get hella dirty), but you know how much homegirl loves some sparkly bling! 🙂 So I’d go with the sequins and stripes.
They aren’t exactly my style…but they’d definitely give people something interesting to look at when they saw my feet. Plus, if I were to ever end up on a stage somewhere (because you never know) under big, bright lights, with the sequins shining, I’d look like I have magical fairy feet.
And that’s a big plus.

I would wear LEOPRD PRINT!!!!! (of course) or bright mint green.
Or mint green leopard print. That would be even better.
I’d wear one with mini black cats against a white background…where it looks like polka dots from afar but upon a further inspection….they’re cats! of course, as a homage to my lil’ black cat.

I own a pair of striped ones, but without the sequins.
I prefer classic converse. I am a little disappointed with the look of the new ones that have the Nike sole in it. Sounds so silly, but I really liked the stripe that went around the sole! The new ones don’t have that!!
I wear navy lowtop Chucks every.single.day. Seriously, every day. I have a few limited edition pairs, some Missonis and Marrimekkos that are bitchin that I mix in, and I try to not wear them too often so they don’t get ruined since I can’t replace them, but basically navy all the time. Goes with everything!
There’s a great outdoor ad campaign for Converse and all the different ways that people have personalized them. I love seeing the ads and the sneaks when I’m in Boston. I need a pair but I want hot pink
I would wear both, but I answered “Soup Cans.” I think the Soup Cans print is more unique, and of course, they remind me of Warhol.
Love Converse!!! I particularly like the soup can shoes! I have a tattoo on my foot of my best friend (she has me on her foot) and my tattoo friend is holding a soup can phone in her hand (and mine on her foot is also holding one). I think it’s poetic to wear soup can shoes!
