Mmm, Tabs did not wanna go back in the house after his walk today. No, sir, he was feelin’ the outdoors, because this is that sweet spot time between the rains we had and when the neighborhood landscapers mow the grass on the hill. Plus, it’s been sunny for a week, so the grass is growing, and it’s primo time for tabby skulking.
He totally gets into it, too, like he’s hunting a gazelle, but it’s really a lizard or a grasshopper or something else.
And he ate so. Much. Grass. I’m still expecting him to barf, which is usually what he does when he eats that much salad.
I don’t know how long this sunny weather is gonna last, but we’re all trying to enjoy it while it does. This has been one of the wettest, coldest winters in years — definitely the wettest since we’ve lived here. I bet it’s going to be a colorful spring.

Your pictures of Tabs are so detailed and colorful! It is great that he wears his leash; my 15-year old kitty companion is an indoor girl because she won’t let anyone get near her with a leash . . we’ve tried. It’s nice to see how well your little one and Tabs get along too.

Tabs is so handsome in the sun! We had some really severe windstorms, so our yard looks like a mess! At least electricity is back, can’t wait for internet!
I thought of Tabs on his leash because someone at PetCo had their long haired marmie kitty on a leash the other day! He was such a good boy!

I love seeing your happy family out and enjoying life! I had to laugh at the salad barfing because we brought home some cat grass from the pet store on Saturday. I bet you can guess what we found in the exact center of the rug Sunday morning! We have hardwood floors that are so easy to clean, but the barf must be in the center of the rug.
I’m glad you were all able to enjoy some nice weather! I almost sent you a pic of my car temp reading this weekend. It was -9 F. Just brutal out here for the last few days. Fingers crossed that we get some of your Spring weather soon!! 🙂
We’re getting a blizzard tonight in NYC. Warm weather? Never heard of it. 😛
Went for a walk to see my favorite Tom Ford beauty ambassador. By the time I was walking home at 5pm it had cooled down to 75 degrees. It was 80 today. Where did winter go? I hate warm weather. I realize I’m in the minority here. The trees are already in bloom and dropping pollen everywhere and I can barely breathe, even with adjustments in my allergy and asthma medicine.
