If there’s a cat out there able to make a candy corn Halloween bow tie look extra dapper, hello! — of course it’s Tabs.
He found this adorable bow tie on Etsie this week and had me order him one ASAP. The store is called BellaLovesAlex, and the owner, Jodie, does these high-quality handmade kitty bow ties, collars and bandannas that are SO MUCH better than anything I’ve seen at Petco.
Quality stitching, durable fabric, gorgeous patterns, and they’re affordable, too. Tabs endorses them enthusiastically. As you know, he likes to promote and support talented kitty-loving entrepreneurs. 🙂

I hadn’t been feeling the Halloween spirit until I saw Tabs in his cute candy tie. One glance at that pattern, and I decided to do a little something today with whiskers and a cat nose.
When I showed it to Tabs, I got the paw of approval.

He’s really excited about going trick-or-treating this year. In fact, he’s actually been practicing. As you know, he always like to be prepared, so he’s been doing test runs.

On Halloween night we’re gonna hit up our neighborhood and some surrounding ones within driving distance. That’s the plan, and we’re sticking to it.
Your friendly neighborhood beauty addicts,
Karen and Tabs

Look and all those dapper kittycats in their accessories!
Is Tabs taking his little sister Trick or Treating? That’s so nice of him! I’m dressing up as a fairy for work tomorrow… but I have to go to French class right after, LOL. I’ll look a little silly!
He’s offered to take her. Isn’t he so sweet? We’ll see if he gets a last-minute invite to a swanky party. He usually does!
Are ya taking a conversational French class for fun?
Happy Sunday!
I’m taking a Master’s course in French Literature, 1100 AD – 1800 AD! We had midterms last week. I’m also doing an independent study on world politics in French.
These bows are adorable and it suits Tabs so well. How sweet of you to showcase it! My Schmusie didn’t come home a couple of month ago … after she went to one of her adventures…I have no clue what happened to her. I’ll never get over that…this year we will be (for the first time) staying home and give candy out to trick or treaters as my son apparently has gotten too old for it lol! I’m still excited and it will be less exhausting since we don’t have to walk! 😉
I just about keeled over from the cuteness of those bow ties and, of course, Tabs is the stunner. But then I scrolled to Connor. 🙂 Her adorable little face always makes me smile! I hope you have a fun Halloween and I’m glad you’re a bit more in the spirit. We just received an email about dressing up at work. I believe this is the first time that’s ever happened. I’m considering it. But just my very easy, comfy sloth costume (like jammies). HAHA!
