Hey, bunny! ? Happy Easter! ?
Like my brows?
I tried something different with them today. I went bold.
I get stuck in makeup ruts, and I wanted to jouge up my normal #weekendmommakeup with something new. I’ve also been scrolling a lot through Instagram lately, and I’ve been inspired by the wavy brow trend.
I like that this look combines classic elements I love, like teeny, tiny wings, nude lips and cats.
Do you like it?
Tabs approves, but of course he would.
Speaking of Tabs, like any good big brother, he shared his Easter basket with Connor.
Granted, all of the plastic eggs contained cat treats, so she didn’t really want to eat them…or maybe she did. Who knows? I don’t know what those two get into when I’m not looking. When I turn around for one second, all hell breaks loose — or, all heaven, because they’re little ? angels. Haha.
Enjoy your Easter candy. I would be eating more, but I made the mistake of buying the chocolate way in advance, and El Hub has been generously snacking on the stash.
There are a couple of Snickers and Milky Ways left, so I’m gonna kick back and have a few bites.

That sounds like a perfectly decadent and delicious Easter meal! I’ve never made a quiche before (why do they seem hard to me?), but if I did, it would have a lot of cheese and broccoli in it. LOL!
Our Easter was blissful. We ate lunch at our house, then afterwards, my parents took a nap, and my brother and El Hub played a few old video games from the ’90s. Everyone played with Connor (she ate more candy in one day than she’s had in her entire life) and Tabs. Tabs was *thrilled* to eat some Easter chicken (you know he fancies himself as a birder).
Did your kitties get any special Easter treats?

Cat brows are the new cat eyes. 🙂 How is the beach? I hope Kitty Face is enjoying his “meow time” and that you had a delicious meal at your mom’s favorite restaurant.
We just finished our lunch a couple hours ago and now we’re relaxing in the living room. I’m stuffed!
The beach is not exactly warm yet lol But hey I’m at the Cape, not complaining! Kitty Face is hunkered down by the fire, on his cat bed stretched out happily ? Had a wonderful dinner in Providence at my Mom’s favorite spot.
I bet your roast chicken was a huge hit! Signs are yes, you’re all full&relaxing… the perfect Easter Sunday! Is Connor Claire on a sugar rush from her easter basket goodies? And is it weird I’m starting to really like those cat brows as a look?

Orthodox Easter Day is next week in Greece. About easter dishes in Greece…after Lent, which lasts for 40 days (actually not for everybody) and Holy Week, Holly Sunday meal, plays a starring role and is one step before grave! LOL! As starter, Kokoretsi, pieces of lamb, heart, liver, lungs and kidneys wrapped in seasoned intestines on a spit (trust me is delicious and safe, if you wash them diligently) gardoubakia, a smaller variant of kokoretsi. Roasted whole lamb cooked outdoors on a spit, salads, tzatziki, red eggs for egg-tapping and eating, feta and graviera cheese, plenty of wine till you drop! (in the grave, which I told you before!) Tsoureki, a sweet Easter bread similar to brioche with mastic and mahleb aroma, Easter Butter cookies, Custard-filled phyllo pastry …OMG mercy!
OH MY YUM! Everything sounds delicious! It sounds like a feast that takes a while to prepare but is totally worth it. 😀 I just looked up tsoureki and started drooling, LOL! Looks like it would be delicious with coffee or sweet tea.
Where will you be celebrating? Are you hosting?
Due to the preparation of my son, for the Panhellenic exams (university entrance exam), who is a tough and highly competitive exam process, in order to ensure education at a higher level, I will not host guests at easter dinner. Maybe in a restaurant or tavern with family and friends.
Oh. My. God. On Connor’s dress, are those tiny LLAMAS?? With MOHAWKS?? I’m done. I can die happy now.
