Hi, friend. Happy Friday! I hope that you’re feeling warm, cozy and calm as the week wraps up.
I was putting on lipstick this morning (shout out to Chantecaille’s new Lip Chic in Willow!), and I realized something. I’ve pretty much put on at least a little bit of makeup almost every day since I was a freshman in high school.
And for the past 15 years, I’ve also wrote or thought about something beauty related almost every day — testing, taking pics and deep diving into countless blushes, mascaras, eyeshadows… It’s been quite a journey, but I think now it’s time to embark on a new one.
I’ve decided to follow my heart and pivot MBB to something that I’ve always loved reading and writing about but never had to guts to try out: car reviews. Instead of contemplating lipstick, I’ll be prattling on about SUVs, hybrids and hatchbacks. So fun!
Here’s to always chasing your passion! I hope you stay along for the new ride.

Honestly, though, I would probably really LOVE reviewing power tools. I’ve always wanted to be a person who knows her way around them; maybe that will be in my future, for real!
