I definitely do love bright, colorful glitter (pinks, purples, blues, greens) on my nails, but I think I’m more of a neutral glitter gal when it comes to my eyes. I loves me some gold glitter, especially on my lids.
I guess I fall somewhere in the middle, like a 5 or 6.
Your turn! 🙂 On a scale of 1-10, with 1 being neutral glitter and 10 being bright and colorful glitter, where do you fall? Inquiring minds want to know…

I defiantly have to agree with you. I can go crazy on my nails but on my eyes its a totally different story 😉
Happy Hump Day! I’m like a -1 but only because glitter is no longer flattering on me! When I was younger, I’d probably be a 4. Gold glitter looks so great in the summer. 🙂

I’m probably a 3. I’d wear it more if not for the fallout that I’ll be walking around with for the next week. I’ve swatched glitter in the stores and couldn’t get it off.

If fallout is an issue with glitter you must try the UD Glitter Liners! I swear once they’re on they don’t move.
Hmmm… I think I’m at a 5, because I love neutral or subtle glitter for my eyes and crazy-colorful in my nails. The brighter the better, baby!
Ooooo! Im a 5 or 6 too! I love glitter! Colorful nail glitter is a must for me but I love gold, bronze and copper glitter on my eyes! A great one I use daily is Chanel Illusion D’Ombre in Vision! I layer it over a brown/bronze eye 🙂 Also, Stla Magnificent Metals, Cosmex Gold and Metallic Kitten, (you only need a very small dab of these, if you use too much you will get a foil finish instead of a light glittery finish!) The Stila e/s are so concentrated and gorgeous I’m happy they will last a long time!!!!!! I use the Metallic Kitten on the inner corner of my eye with a light highlighting shadow layered over and Cosmex Gold layered over a neutral eye! 😀
Probably 1-2. I simply not a glitter girl. Shimmer, yes. Full on glitter? Not so much. It’s gorgeous, but I never find an occasion to use it. Although, who needs a special occasion to wear glitter?
I might wear it today to go to Target, LOL!
I’m afraid of glitter! I don’t mind a little shimmer, but last time I tried to put glitter on my face, I looked SO silly! But I love it on other people, so maybe I just need to learn how to apply it?

So my comment has nothing to do with glitter (although I do love a good glitter!) but it is from a crazy cat lady to another one. Have you been hooked by all the kitten cams? No? Maybe 4 or 5. I like glitter, I actually love glitter but I’d rather keep my make up more natural and incorporate glitter into my outfit, a glittery top or a pair of shoes. I just got a pair of silver glittery Converse shoes! They are so me!
I love glitter but find it hard to stay put and being in my mid 30’s kinda not the look I’m going for. I’d put glitter nail polish on though.
I’m way more of a shimmer girl than a glitter girl, but, when I do glitter, I’m probably a 4.
Some bold gold or silver glitter goes a long way!

I live for glitter! Definitely 10 lol. I adore glitter on my lids but I’m warming up to frosty lippies these days too. There’s nothing like a little glitter to brighten up your face and day lol
I’m all about natural glitter. Maybelline color tattoo bad to the bronze with gold glitter over it, is AMAZING! it is so quick to apply, and it looks gorgeous and dramatic.
I would rank myself a 2, maybe a 3. I’m not a big fan of glitter — it gets EVERYWHERE. On my lids, I feel like I look like Boy George, and on my nails? Disaster when I want to remove it. I don’t mind a light shimmery highlight on my cheeks. My love for glitter is stuck with the Lisa Frank loving 8 year old LOL

I’d say I’m a 5 or 6. I’m all about bold lips, bold liners, and bold nails!
I’d say a 4 or a 5 on the glitter ranking. I like the UD Heavy Metal liners but I prefer more neutral shades that accent colors I have. I am more of a fan of shimmer, myself. Glitter is fun for parties and nights out and the right kind can really enhance different eye colors.

I have a love/hate relationship with glitter. I really hate fallout and I’m also at an age where if I’m not careful I can look truly “messed up”. LOL
In my 20’s I would wear and try anything so my number would def be a 10. Back then I could get away with just about everything. Now, I still like to mix it up and I love color but I have to be choosy so I’m going to say 1-2.
Five because on an everyday basis I use golds/bronze/copper glitters for a base but I also love using purple/pink/blue/green glitters for special occasions
I love glitter, but I’m not so sure it loves me back nowadays, lol! I’ve been mostly sticking to mattes and some shimmers. But I was sent a freebie from NYC, gold Sparkle Dust, and along my upper lash line, I must admit it looks pretty darn good. So what does that make me?
It really depends on what I’m going for.
I’m about a 6. I love the smaller sized glitters. Right now I’m wearing Giorgio Armani eyes to kill intense silk eyeshadow it’s a blue/gold glittery shadow.Love your eyeshadow Karen so pretty! I have that one but it was too much fallout for me.
Probably a 5! I love neutral glitter on the eyes though its not always very easy to find good glitter. My latest discovery is the Japanese brand ‘Kate’ that makes these eye shadow quints with 3 metallic glitter shades. They are amazing and really pocket friendly too!
I’m a total 1-2. I love the punch glitter adds to a neutral.

I had 2 when I lived with my mom – I moved out recently but I visit them often.
the older one I found a long time ago crying as a kitten in the street and I brought her home. she’s a blue Russian I believe and very sweet with humans but doesn’t get along with other cats. she is very old now and has become a bit of a grumpy cat lol she doesn’t interact much with humans but I always felt that shes been grateful for giving her a home.
the 2nd cat is a tiny 3 lbs Siamese lilac point female. oh boy that one what a character. she makes more noise then a human not to mention that its like having 10 cats. she literally follows everybody everywhere. at times shes more like a dog – runs to the door wen ppl come to the house, I even heard her try to bark once when she heard a dog barking lol
she “talks” a lot as well and can’t ever be alone. she keeps attacking the other cat all the time – I think she is trying to play but the other cat will not have any of it. she’s a lover of smoked cold cuts, she will come sit by the table and wait patiently until a little piece gets dropped.
This one is very jealous of anybody taking away from her attention – she does not like it if I talk to the other cat (gosh yes I talk to my cats – I’m not crazy I swear) and she also jealously guards my mom as she is her human. She gets very upset if I spending to too much time with my mom. she shows her discontentment by climbing on everything and making things fall.
Probably a 5 for me. I’ve used glittery eyeshadow but that’s about it.
