Before I left home this morning I spritzed on some Burberry Summer for Women Eau de Toilette ($79), a limited edition fruity green floral available now at select department stores.
Isn’t the bottle gorgeous? There’s not much to it, but I love the way it looks in the light.
Officially, the fragrance profile includes…
- Top notes: pomegranate, orange, mandarin and green leaf
- Middle notes: rose, freesia and lily of the valley
- Base notes: cedar wood, sandal wood and white musk
Because of the citrus and freesia notes in this, it totally remind me of another one of my Burberry faves, Brit Sheer. Both scents last all day on me, too.
What scent are you wearing today? When I asked him, El Hub’s answer was “I’m wearing Speed Stick in Ocean Surf.” 🙂

I was thrilled to find that Whole Foods is now carrying the Pacifica Take Me There Trios in a couple of fragrances, the Guava and the Gardenia, so, of course I picked up both! Today I’m wearing the Guava and loving it!

I wear Flowerbomb by Viktor and Rolf as if I get paid to it. I’ve been wearing it for about 3 years. Sometimes I dip off and go for Stella by Stella McCartney, but I always come back to Flowerbomb. I wear it and leave people going “omg what is that? It’s amazing!”. 🙂
I’m sooo tempted to get that but I have so many bottles of perfume that the last thing I need is another bottle :/

I’ve been layering the Pacifica Guava scent… shower gel, body lotion & roll on fragrance. So fresh and so sweet.
if i’m in the mood for something light, i wear a fragrance mist by bath & body works called wild honeysuckle. alternatively, i wear viktor & rolf’s flowerbomb, my current FAVOURITE perfume :).
Gucci Envy Me! Just one/two spritz and it lasts the whole day for me! 😉
Im wearing my absolute favorite scent which is Zen by Shiseido. Thats one of the beauty items that I would freak out if it EVER was discontinued.

I am wearing Alien By Thierry Mugler 🙂 I just purchased it recently and I’m loving it!! It’s quite a change from Flora by Gucci that I used to wear for the past two years.
Miss Dior Chérie L’Eau. It’s not as nearly sickly-sweet as the originall Miss Dior.

Today I am wearing Ralph Lauren Romance. It is especially dear to me as it was the very first gift my husband bought me when we were dating. I also wore it on our wedding day.
I’m very sensitive to scents and tend to get headaches so I don’t wear perfume very often, but when I do, I wear Chanel #5 or Pink Sugar. They are two perfumes that are radically different, but my mom always wore Chanel when I was young so now I love the scent. Do a lot of women wear perfumes that remind them of their mother?
Chanel Coco Mademoiselle. Sometimes I alternate it with Ralph Lauren Blue.
I wear Coco Mademoiselle too, but sometimes I switch or layer with Marc Jacob’s Lola.

I’m wearing Nina Ricci’s signature perfume. It’s shape resembles an apple and the way I would describe it is a light flloral/fruity mixture. It’s simple and lovely. Perfect for spring. I kind of alternate between that fragrance and Jessica Simpsons ‘Fancy’ perfume- I realize that it is a winter/autumn scent, but I just love the smell so much.
For summer, I’m planning to use my Shakira perfume that I recently got for christmas.
