Technically, it was a “few pieces,” and they were rewards to myself for getting some tasks done. I picked up a few more things from Ilia, including the Necessary Eyeshadow Palette in Cool Nude (I’m stoked about the shimmery bronzed lavender in the upper right corner), a tube of the Fullest Volumizing Mascara and a tube of the Balmy Tint Hydrating Lip Balm in Runway.
I’m hoping the eyeshadows work for me…so I’ll have an excuse to grab the Warm Nude palette.

About one month ago, I purchased The Urban Decay Naked Basics 2 eyeshadow palette. I had one years ago and decluttered it about 3 years ago as I had used most of it up. I had been thinking of purchasing a high end neutral eyeshadow palette, but decided that for the price and my daily needs, the UDNB2 is perfect, and I had money left over to buy an SPF cream. I am very happy with my decision, however, I just found out that my local Kohl’s has a Sephora store in it and I am curious about adding some Charlotte Tilbury (especially the Air Brush bronzing powder) to my collection. I’ve never used anything from that brand, but I hear the bronzer is really nice and it’s refillable.

Lucky! I went into Kohl’s to do an Amazon return and they said they weren’t getting a Sephora until next year. I live in the sticks though so that’s probably why we have to wait.
Charlotte Tilbury is one of the pricier brands, but for my money, you can’t go wrong with either of the lipstick formulations-Matte Revolution contains orchid and papaya extracts and is more of a satin matte, while K.I.S.S.I.N.G. contains lipstick tree extract and has more of a true satin finish-and the shade selection is excellent!
I couldn‘t resist the last Charlotte Tilbury Sale and bought a Foundation and zwo kits with lipsticks.
I only tried carina‘s star yet – I had to with that name – and really like it.

I did get a bottle of Smith and Cult top coat but that’s clear so it doesn’t really count.
Oh I know, a bottle of Becca highlighter that was on clearance at Macy’s. But I’m having second thoughts. I may take it back.
I just bought some Pyt makeup to try as they are silicone and a whole bunch of other stuff free so I can try and figure out a makeup up look for Special Olympics. Of course, having not done makeup for two years, I have now essentially forgotten how to make a nice makeup look that flatters my now 32 year old face. To YouTube!
I ordered the Ilia Liquid Powder Chromatic Eye Tint in Fresco several days ago, but I’m still waiting for it to get here. So the last thing that I actually have in my possession? I think the Bite Beauty Millennial Pinks Mini Matte Lip Crayon set- so pretty! And I got the small UD Naked2 Basics Eyeshadow Palette at the same time. I love that palette so, so much and use it all the time. Shockingly, it kicked the Honest Beauty palette straight to the curb for everyday wear.
Not long ago, I got swept away by a sample of Tatcha’s The Silk Powder and ordered the mini size. It’s absolutely divine, if you haven’t tried it; the finest-milled powder I’ve ever used in my life. It really does feel like silk. The full size is definitely going on my Sephora Fall Sale list. (And probably that Ilia Necessary palette is now, too, lol.)

Axiology crayons. I bought a 3 pack, loved them, and just ordered and received a few more in bronze, caramel, frosting and cinnamon shades. So good.
I’ve worn their lipsticks and liked them. I bet the crayons are great!
The last makeup I bought was Charlotte Tilbury Lost Cherry lipstick and a new bottle of my beloved Fenty Pro Filt’r Soft Matte 110 foundation, but if you would’ve asked this question a week later, it would’ve been the UD Naked Cyber palette, since I’m on the text list for 24-hour early access! (For those of you who might be interested in Naked Cyber, the official release date is this coming Wednesday, the 22, so this Tuesday is early access if you’re on the Urban Decay text list.)

I’m getting a ColourPop order in today! Three different blushes, a Lillie stick, and a super shock shadow. I’ve never tried their stuff, but they were having a great sale so I decided to order a few things.

A red LE MAC lipstick back in April and two new mascaras since, because they are the one thing I change regularly. I have bought more skincare since then though, that is my Kryptonite.
