To clarify, he wasn’t referring to MAC Blush Ombre in Ripe Peach ($25). No, when he spoke those words a few months ago, I’d assumed he was talking about the singer, Peaches, who can be kinda scary, no doubt!
It turns out my father-in-law was talking about a summer job he had as a young man picking peaches.
But I digress…
Ripe Peach, the guest of honor in today’s giveaway, was released with MAC Spring Colour Forecast. Since then it’s become notoriously difficult to find.

Lately, I have been on a MAC Conjured Up kick! It’s a nice ripened berry that I think goes nicely with my warm tones. It’s a color you can rock either night or day. My current favorite blush is Shu Uemura’s Glow On in P Wine 25. The texture of the Glow Ons is just absolutely perfect and P Wine 25 is a gorgeous hot pink that translates to a surprisingly natural pink flush on my cheeks. NARS Sin comes in a close second but it’s a little harder to use since it’s much more pigmented and less silky.

My current favorite blush is MAC’s Cremeblush in Lillicent! Such a beauty. She gives me this almost invisible touch of spring-y color. And all you need is a dab and a finger! Works great on days when my skin is looking unreasonably sallow.

How funny – my husband calls Lady Gaga – a media friendly version of Peaches! I do have one of her albums on my iPod – I like her! Right now I rediscovered my Cargo, Tonga blush but if I did have to pick out my current fav it would be MAC’s Gingerly. Or maybe NARS’ Lokoloum cream blush…hmm…toughie!
My fav blush is plum foolery from MAC, it’s also my first MAC blush, and I still use it to this day!! 🙂
I like zuzu luxe’s blush in “fascination”.. its sort of a toasted rose color & looks great with tan!
I use Stila Convertible Color in Gerbera, because I love soft peachy blushes. I also just ordered Illamasqua Cream Blush in Rude, which is another lovely peach shade. Haven’t taken it out for a test drive yet, but it looks great in the pan, lol!

Hmm. I think I would have to say Benefit’s Coralista. It’s very pretty and you can layer it for a more flushed look or apply it lightly for a gentle glow.

I currently use the MAC brunette mineralize skinfinish from the blonde, brunette, readhead collection as a blush. The only sad thing was that I dropped it and it shattered, so now all the strips of colors are mixed together. But it’s like other loose mineral powders (now) so it works just fine!
I have been using NARS Deep Throat blush for years, and I absolutely love the color. It is my everyday blush, but it would be awesome to try this MAC blush. 🙂

My favorite color plushes are anything peachy! Right now I am using several! I have a peachy-orange-y one from Smashbox, but it feels a bit cakey at times. I have several from Bare Escentuals that are lovely. And I have one from Laura Geller that is called Berry, from her baked collection, but for some reason on me its not berry, it’s a shimmery pinky-peach!

I’m a bit obsessive about buying blush, it’s one of my favorite products. I however have three go to blushes. MAC’s Gingerly for powder; Bobbi Brown’s cream blush in Pale Pink and Rosie Jane’s cheek gloss in Rose. Those are my favs in powder, cream and gloss.
The one I am using now if “Sin” by NARS. I have tried so many over the years but once I tried this one I was hooked. When I ran out I tried a different one but ended up sending it back and getting “sinning” again!. =-)

I love an Everyday Minerals blush called “Snuggle” very much. It has that Orgasm vibe but it’s 100% mineral so my sensitive skin can tolerate it. That blush is so pretty and natural-looking, you should give it a try.

My current favorite blush is Cargo’s HD Blush/Highlighter. It doesn’t have a color on the box, but it’s a soft pink with very very tiny gold flecks in it. I love it because I got it for 1/2 price when Sephora discontinued the brand, but I only need a tiny bit to get a natural and warm flush. I’ve gotten so many complements when wearing it, making it my confidence boosting beauty item!

hate to say it, but i enjoy maybelline’s dream matte mouse blush. easy to put on, easy to control how much! i also like lancome’s blush subtil shimmer!
Lately I find myself using Smashbox’s “Smashing Snap” powder blush alot- it’s a really soft, subtle mauvey pink, great for contouring on my NW15-20 skin. I’ve always gone for the pinks and plums with blush, but I’d love to branch out and try some peach!

So as of late I’ve been reaching for Orange or Coral colors. My favorite is of course Nars’ Taj Mahal. I loooove this blush! I was floored when Ripe Peach was sold out EVERYWHERE! I’m still kicking myself for passing this up. I even went on ebay and was outbid…a bunch of times! And the bid prices were $50 and up! Anyway I would so love to add this blush to my coral/peach collection.

My favorite blush used to be MAC’s blushbaby as well. When I was first introduced to MAC mineralize blushes I was skeptical because of the shimmer. But my local MAC MA convinced me to try on MAC Warm Soul mineralize blush and it is now my HG for giving my face that extra oomph! It has a very soft shimmer that doesn’t glow but somehow imparts that “lit from within” look.

My TWO favorite blushes of all time are both LE MAC blushes and I’m pretty sad that I can’t just run out and buy them when I finally run out.
The first one is Fuschia Perfect – a bright pink-y / purple-y slighted frosted cream blush. I love the color, the color payoff, and how great it looks when I put it on with my skunk brush. Unfortunately it was made a few years ago and I can’t find it anywhere online anymore so I only use it for special occasions when I want a bright pop of color on my cheeks.
The second one is Smooth Merge, one of the mineralized blended blushes. It is the perfect pink/rose color for every day and there has probably only been a handful of times I haven’t used it since I bought it last July!
I’m really wanted ALL of the color ombre blushes but I didn’t get out to a store in time – I hope I win!

I’m caught between my all-time favorite Benefit Dandelion, and my current love affair with MAC By Candlelight – the latter gives me a golden glow to go with the subtle flush!
My favorite blush of the moment is a smashbox blush/softlights duo in under/cover. it gives the perfect glow to my cheeks.
My favorite blush is NARS Orgasm. I feel like it goes so easily with everything.
My favourite blush is Giorgio Armani’s Sheer Blush in #12. It’s the most perfect pale pink with the tiniest hint of lilac. It’s ideal for anybody who is very pale like me (NC/NW10ish). And it goes on like silk.
my favorite blush at the moment is MAC springsheen powder blush…I am obsessed with the nice flush it gives my cheeks…this is by far my everyday blush…
current favorite is milani’s Mai Tai..Its bright, but wakes up my face 🙂
My favorite cheek combo is a cream blush (Stila, Kevyn Aucoin, or Bobbi Brown) followed by a powder (MAC Pinch O’Peach is my go to). I hope I win!

My favorite blush is MAC Sunbasque. It’s also my first blush and I didn’t like it at first because the shimmer scared me off. Now, I understand how to use and it gives me a nice natural glow and looks like I’ve been out in the sun.
I layer blushes all the time so it’s hard to pick! Right now I’m loving the Maybelline mousse blushes, and I also love Nars orgasm.
My current favourite blush is MAC Optimistic Orange cremeblend blush! It shows up as a nice coral on my cheeks, and I love how it just makes me look a bit sunkissed and glowy! 🙂

If you only knew … I live in Sacramento, Ca and there are about 4 MAC Stores within reach for me. I ended up going all 4 to get “RiPe PeAcH” but of course they were all sold out. So I want to this so so so bad. Getting on to the question, my favorite blush right now is MAC Format, it has a brownish, bronzey, redish tone tone to it and I love pairing it a natural look, or a dark smokey eye. I’ll get ready to go to the club and do my make-up and always put my blush on last. It’s like a kiss on the cheek saying okay your done and you’ve done a good job.

I am using Ulta “Afterglow” right now – it is a dupe for Nars Orgasm (no one sells Nars within a 100 mile radius of where I live).
Am loving Bare Escentuals blush in Sorbet – the perfect peachy-pink for my fair, freckle-ly skin. Not shimmery or glittery, but natural, buildable color, perfect for everyday at the office. Would love to give Ripe Peach a try!
I’m pretty new to collecting makeup, but I’d have to say that out of my small collection, MAC’s Conjure Up is my favorite blush.
My favorite MAC blush right now is Superdupernatural mineralized blush, it gives such a natural looking glow when I apply just a bit with the 187 brush.

I love Hard Candy’s Honeymoon. It’s pale and I’m pale but it gives a nice shimmer that makes me look awake and fresh. It’s also super cheap and I’ve been using it daily for about six months and there’s still tons left. I like to use it on top of blushes that are too pigmented (to help blend it out), too orangey (it makes things pinker and softer), or too flat.
My favorite blush would have to be… Nars – Desire. It’s a gorgeous cotton candy pink, very buildable, highly pigmented, and lasts forever!

As much as I love NARS Orgasm like the next person (great on my olive/morena skin!), my absolute favorite is MAC Ladyblush Creme Blush. My glow is beautiful (sans shimmer) and I can wear it everywhere–relaxing with my girls, hot dinner dates, or at my Medical-Surgical unit! Not to mention, it photographs well!

I appreciate the hindi :). At the moment its between Smashbox’s Gingersnap or Clinique’s Spiced Wine. Oddly enough I’ve only bought one blush which is my all time favorite (Lancome’s Shimmer Mocha Havana) , where as the rest I’ve gotten in a set of make up and luckily have always been flattering.
I, too, was traumatized by peaches. But the fruit, not the color or singer. Food allergies are troublesome.
I’ve only really used MAC Fafi blush, but it’s treating me quite well.
I am totally loving my tarte cheek stain, green siren which you recommended here in your blog. Keeping my fingers crossed!!

I’ve been reaching for MAC Mineralize blush in Superdupernatural if I do warmer makeup colors, or MAC blush in Mocha for cooler, pinkier tones. 🙂
I usually don’t use Blush but when I do I use a palette that has no name that I purchased at Ross, it has 3 different colors, one that is more of a bronzy look wth shimmer and the other two are more pinky peachy tones. I have to say that the one with the shimmer is my favorite becasue it compliments my skin tone. I also have a mac blush don’t remember the name but it is not a favorite on me it is too orangy but it is in my Kit to use on clients.

I love Smashbox blush in Publicist. It’s been discontinued, though, so I’m hoarding my last pan. It’s a bright pinky-coral with gold shimmer. Love it!

I always go back and forth between Clinique’s Blushing Blush in Iced Lotus and MAC’s Powder Blush in Peachtwist. Although NARS Orgasm is right up there too! I have fair skin and always assumed I should stick with pink shades of blush until a MAC artist introduced me to Peachtwist, which looks totally dark in the compact but it’s perfect on my cheekers! :o) So now I’m always up for trying new shades because you never know when you’re going to stumble on something great that you’d never imagine would look good!

My current favourite blush is Benefit’s Dallas! I love it, it’s one of those blushes that you can use every day, and not really get bored 🙂 It’s such a nice colour that to me it doesn’t get boring, and there is so much product that it takes ages to make a dent 😛

My favorite blush is Melba by MAC, a beautiful matte coral. I’m fairly pale for an Asian girl, and it gives me that little pop of color in need in order for people not to confuse me with an extra from Zombieland. Seriously, anytime I leave the house without any makeup, specifically blush or bronzer, everyone assumes I’m sick. This corpse would greatly benefit and be forever grateful….

I have two fave blushes. Joie-De-Vivre and Optimistic Orange creamblend blushes. I get the perfect pink-coral glow when I combine them. Ripe Peach would be a definite compliment to them. 😀

I own nothing by MAC besides the Volcanic Ash exfoliator. Yesterday, I ventured to all 3 MAC’s in one vicinity JUST to find Blush Ombre in Ripe Peach, no joke! Not only was Ripe Peach sold out but all of it’s sister’s. What a bummer, I should’ve jumped on the MAC train earlier 🙁
Anyway, my favorite blush would have to be Everyday Minerals New Car Smell. I use a really light hand since it’s a tad too warm for my skin tone but it’s like the summer sun kissed me in Winter 🙂

My favorite blush so far is MAC’s ladyblush (creme). It’s super pretty and i found that it looks good on many skin tones besides mine. I’ve been trying to get blush ombre in ripe peach everywhere but it sold out so fast! The nordstrom near me sold out the first day.. crazy!

I absolutely love Lancome’s Oil-Free blush in Cedar rose. It applies just the right amount of color and is never overwhelming!

My current most-reached-for and favourite blush is Urban Decay’s Exhale. When I first got it, I was wary since it looked a little too much like a bronzer. But lo! and behold, when I brushed it on my cheeks, it gave me a very natural glow. I use it mostly for work when I want to look alive in those early mornings!
I would love me some peach blush, especially this one hasn’t entered Singapore yet (and it’s already sold out!!!!!). My current fave is Etude House’s (it’s a Korean brand) Lovely Cookie blusher in pink. A bit blah at first, but it gives me a nice rosy glow.

Favorite blush is Pronto by Annabelle… the dual colors allow you to adjust your color everyday and get me through each season. It allows me to feel a little summer in the cold winter! 🙂

Heavenly Natural’s Blusher 11 is my favorite! I also love MAC’s So Ceylon as a blusher too!
Benefit’s Coralista looks great with my skintone and smells good too!

I definitely cannot say Ripe peach is my favorite sadly, since i do not own this beauty which i been hunting like crazy all over the internet and you are right we can get traumatized and a little frustrated when a particular item is LE and sold out everywhere. I have a special love for my blush baby from MAC and Peaches from mac. Actually they are the only two mac blushes I own of course that not everybody can afford to buy a large mac collection but i love these two so much. . I always been a coral peach person LOL!! Im just so shock i could find ripe peach anywhere:(

I’ve always loved Benefit’s Benetint. It comes off as a perfect flushed berry pink and looks so natural! I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect peach blush and found ripe peach but whaddaya know… SOLD OUT! lol
my fave blush is mac coppertone. its great for us med. dark gold skin tone it gives us a nice natural blush look. looks goood for any wear. any season. anyThing. lol. also looks good if you use a highlight after you put your blush. i use the mac honey line either golden nectar or honeylight 🙂

My new favorite blush right now is Mac Personal Style from the
All Ages, All Races, All Sexes Collection . This is because it is so unique from anything I have. Most of my other blushes are quite vibrant. This is a nice natural blush that goes with anything. Whenever I don’t know what blush to grab, I just reach for this one and it looks beautiful and natural. It pairs well with brighter eyes or lips:)
Well, I own ONE blush. Because I’ve always had skin issues. But now that my issues are resolved, I think Im becoming a blush hoor. Every picture of a blusher I see, I just envision my cheeks glowing and dazzling and then I get the tingling sensation…like biting into a York Peppermint Patty.
My sole blush is by Nars, in the color Oasis. But since I am tan, I believe a peach blush would rock my socks and surely dazzle and glow, then the tingling will commence.

Ooh… my favorite blush is most definitely Fun & Games Blush, by MAC from the Hello Kitty collection. It has nice, buildable color on my medium/olive skin tone, can be subtle or a nice flush of color. Also I love it’s low shimmer finish 🙂

Rimmel’s Santa Rose. The shade is supposedly comparable to Nars Orgasm. The packaging is very cheap though but I only got it for 2 bucks. Go figure.

Gosh, it sounds so cliched now that I see so many others have written it, but I like Nars Orgasm blush. I’m olive-skinned in summer and peachy in winter and it works perfectly, even though I heard it was better for fair women. Pick me!

I don’t mean to say a possible ‘sob story,’ but I don’t have a favourite blush, because I don’t have one.
Well, I have some – possibly three – but they’re generic, chalky ones with no colour.
However, I do have a lovely peachy-orange generic blush that I would stab my Sonia Kashuk flat top brush into to pick-up the colour and transfer it to my face cheeks. Then I would stab it again.
So yes, I digress, I do have a favourite colour of blush to use in mind, but that blush is by no means my ‘favourite.’
So I suppose my answer is, ‘my favourite blush is my peachy-orange one that I need to stab with my brush three times.’
My current favorite blush is Benefit Dallas! It totally gives me a sunkissed natural look with just a touch of shimmer… I love it! I apply it with a big fluffy brush (can’t go overboard on my NW15 skin!) and it’s just perfect!

My favorite blush at the moment is Shu Uemura’s egerie in the color blush! It’s the one that _Mad Men’s_ Christina Hendricks wore to the Golden Globes (where her makeup looked unbelievably D-I-V-I-N-E). It is creamy, but does not at all feel thick or heavy! It goes on so nicely and smooths out perfectly! Now, I’m in the search for a perfect peachy-coral color….FINGERS CROSSED! 🙂

I be LOVIN’ me some JOYOUS from MAC. I forgot which collection it was from. I know it was ltd. ed, though. It looks BRIGHT orange with some pink in the container, but for us darker skinned gals, it really wakes up our complexion. AND for my fair ladies battling lots of redness in their cheeks, the warmth in the orange really tones down the red.
I also LOVE Horizon by Chanel. It’s been discontinued and I cannot find it anywhere. It’s also a true orange.

My current favorite blush (and one that has been for quite sometime) is Stila’s convertible color for lips and cheeks in Petunia. I love the color.
My go-to blush is Napoleon Perdis’ Mosaic Powder in Blushing. It matches my skin tone so perfectly that no matter what time of year it is, or how pale/tan I am, it never looks off. I can wear it with a smokey eye, natural look, bright pop of color, etc, etc. My newest obsession is Angelika, the perfect doll-cheek pink with a beautiful shimmer to it…Love them both!

I am currently using combination of two Lorac blushes and the outcome is quite fantastic if I do say so myself. First I start with Lorac Baked Matte Satin Blush in Exposed then I add a dab of Lorac regular blush in Desire…..I know the pink looks scary in the pot but it’s a great combo! I would however love to try something peachy for the spring/summer!
I really like Tarte Cheek Stain in Blushing Bride. It gives a nice, natural flush to my cheeks with out being too warm or too cool, so I can wear it with any eye or lip colors. It’s a no-brainer blush.
Ahhh! So excited! My favourite blush right now would have to be a pur minerals blush; I’m not sure of the name but I think it’s called Spice? It’s a great bronze-y colour 🙂

My current favorite blush is Maybelline’s Dream Mousse Blush in Whipped Strawberries. Found it at the Dollar Store. haha. It’s seriously the best blush I’ve ever used. It’s super blendable & the color is gorgeous!
My favorite blush is definitely “Enough Said” from MAC’s Red She Said collection. Not too brown to be a bronzer, and not too orangey as a blush. Its a perfect in between with hints of gold shimmer!

In any case I love the NYX rouge cream blush in Natural – it is a very unversally flattering light, light pink with shimmer so so damn fine that it looks totally matt, but when applied, your cheeks start to glow with light that looks like it is coming from within.

lol unlike you’re father-in-law, i loveee peach and coral colors 🙂 but i’d have to say that my fav blush at the moment has to be MAC’s Azalea Blossom Blush Ombre, its soo pretty! and i absolutely love the fact that it’s like 3 blushes in one!
I am not a huge blush user as I tend to flush quite easily and if I wear blush I end up looking like a tomato face…That being said, I do LOVE the Good Glowing Peach Glo blush from Mark. Its a matte pink-peach!

I am currently adoring Benefit Coralista. The color makes me look all healthy and glow-y, and it even smells good. I usually put a swipe of High Beam on my cheek bones after I apply the blush, and the look is even more gorgeous.

Omg I need Need NEED this blush! My current favorite blush is Optomistic Orange from the Mac Lilyland collection. I ordered it trying to be different from what I usually get, plus I heard rave reviews about it. Well, it looks pretty amazing and natural on me (not to toot my own horn). My favorite blush at the current moment is a trish mcevoy discontinued color from 07 called apricot. it’s matte and has the most gorgeous bright but soft glow to it….it’s almost gone D: and i can’t find anything that comes that closeto it….i wanted this blush so badly in the hopes of a worthy replacement….but alas..it was SOLD OUT. This is the next step in my quest for a replacement and dare i say…new favorite? (crosses fingers tightly)

I’m going to be boring and say Nars Orgasm. It’s the only blush that I’ve ever put on that made me gasp at how nice it looked the first time I put it on. Unfortunately it doesn’t show up as well when I’m a little tanner in summer months.
My second favorate is actually one of the Jane blushes that they have since discontinued. I think it was plum blossom.
Umm, my current favourite is Nars Sin, hadn´t used it in a while, but goes just perfect with my skin tone!

My favourite blush would be Nars Orgasm. I only put it on when I need a little perk me up on my face and this blush always makes me feel pretty and confident whenever I have it on.
Currently Well Dressed. Since we’ve been covered in snow for so long, its a natural rosy blush on my skin tone. Wish MAC would stock more of their best items =)

I think my favourite blush is the Redhead MSF. Since it’s an MSF, it gives me glow and the colour looks like a natural flush.

MAC’s Buff blush powder. It seems to be the one I use most.
It’s a Lancome dual color that I got free at Christmas (free w/purchase). I like it but really need something fresh and springy!

This is such a rich color!! It would really brighten up one’s face!

loreal true match blendable blush in rosy outlook and precious peach. They are super cheap, really pigmented, and come in a ton of colors. You NEED to check them out!

I really, really like Swedish brand Make-Up Store’s shade “Complex”, it’s that perfect pink with a slightly warmer hint to it. A warm shimmery pink that always brings a natural, healthy glow 🙂 Love it!
That is a hard one but my fav blush is Revlon;s cream blush in Berry Flirtatious it gives me that “just in from the cold” cheeks that perks up my face every time 🙂

MAC’s Hello Kitty Tippy for it’s super pigmented pink blush that I have to use a duo fiber brush to apply. But love it for it pure pink shade. Tided with Chit Chat from Everyday Minerals the colour is DC’d but love the pure pink tone of it that is a bit more on the cooler side.
Orgasm from NARS! Its flattering and the best for a lot of people!
