you had a valentines day post “who will you kiss on valentines day” and i wrote i will kiss the bus driver. well here’s an update, the bus driver was my valentine i did kiss him and it was super great. its funny how i was just going about my businees to work, was not looking for anyone, and then i met him. oh he’s super cute!!!!!!!!!

Well lately I’ve been on a quest for cupcakes and so I’ve being trying to savor my craving. Today I had a strawberry/Vanilla Cupcake and yesterday I had a Green Tea Cupcake. Green Tea hands down was the better of the two. I also had a coconut one but Green tea was tooo good. Nothing overly sweet but just right. The icing was mouthwatering goodness. haha. Cupcakes give me this nostalgic image of elementary and birthdays. Unfortunately, growing up I never had that cupcake aspect in my life because my mother didn’t not know how to bake… she knew had to burn. LOL. Cooking wise she’s top notch. but baking.. I’ll rather trust a bakery shop. haha. There’s my little rant to you! ^__^

I used to consider myself a dog person. I didn’t really like cats, mainly because of an incident I had with a cat during my childhood. Although after a recent dream (not a nightmare) involving a dog, I’m starting to think I may not like dogs as much. It’s almost to the point that I could actually see myself purchasing a cat (should I choose to have a pet sometime in the future).

I was having such a horrible week of bad luck that I decided to go and treat myself to a pair of bright pink slingback heels (now lined with moleskin – my flat feet are incredibly thankful!) even though I really couldn’t afford them. But wearing them today really made me feel so much better and I was literally dancing around the office… that was until my boss came and caught me in the act! I am simply addicted to this collection!! Initially I was gonna pass it up but after seeing color swatches I knew I had to have it. So far I have Big Bow and Fashion Mews lipsticks, Sweet Strawberry and Fast Friends lipglasses and glitter in Reflects Blue. Hubby even was nice enough to get me She Loves Candy and, because the store was out of Nice to Be Nice, Lavender Whip! Right now I am contemplating on going to Macy’s to see if they have Nice to Be Nice in stock and maybe pick up a glitter liner or two or three…but only after my breakfast of Moo Goo Gai Pan lmao…have a fantastic day Karen!!!!

I rarely get sick ever, BUT this winter I’ve been sick once already and sick again now 🙁
okay tell me if this is weird/obsessive
but anytime i go to mac as soon as i bring my spoils home i have to carry them around and even the first night i sleep with them next to my bed so i can see them before i go to bed and first thing when i wakeup.
i get this crazy adrenaline rush when i have all my “pretties” with me. i havent had a paycheck going on 2 pay periods now because mac is thoroughly kicking my ass lol

I have 5 furbabies at my house. Last week, I came home from work and they had turned the vacuum cleaner on (I left it plugged in). I’m guessing it had been on for several hours at least! They also open all my cabinets and drawers and hide their toy mice in them. One of my female cats, Olivia, steals my eyeshadow applicators and brushes and plays with them!

Although I am really happy that Slumdog Millionaire won every category they were nominated for at the Oscars. I personally think the movie was overrated. Having lived in Mumbai for a few years (currently living the Bay Area..woot!) the movie did potray the eclectic city of Mumbai in a bad light. There is so much to the city than poverty, slums, dirty streets, beggars. There’s this magical entity that is associated with Mumbai. The culture shines through, and I hope people can see that someday than just the slums. Maybe I need to make a movie soon?
