Tabs couldn’t sleep at all last night and woke me up at 3 this morning like a kid on Christmas 
morning. MAC Fabulous Felines pounced onto counters nationwide today (and international counters next month), and he wanted to make sure we made it to the mall.
We did. 🙂
Of the collection’s three color stories, Leopard Luxe was the one we’ve both been looking forward to the most (lots of warm corals and golds)…not that Burmese Beauty and Palace Pedigreed don’t also look interesting.
Despite its name, the collection isn’t just for fellow feline enthusiasts. If warm golds and corals sing on your skin/fur, get your paws on Leopard Luxe; if cool plums, pinks and blues crook your tail, consider Palace Pedigreed; and if you prefer to party with a mixed crowd, try Burmese Beauty’s blend of greens, taupes and browns.

well…all the lipglosses are calling my name, which is unfortunate because I definitely don’t need another one of those. The eyeliner in Desires and Devices is a nice color though, I might check that out. Speaking of which, the labels on the first eyeliner picture (Swatches from left on NC35 skin: Superslick Liquid Eye Liner in Smoky Heir, Nocturnal, Signature Blue) is repeated later on under another eyeliner swatch picture, and the colors are different. Might want to check that 😀

I picked up Smoky Heir and the Palace Pedigree quad. Not sure how I feel about them. I love Courtly and Russian Blue but am not sure I’ll use Russian Blue all that much. Quite Spolied looks awful — too pink — but I think I can make it work if used carefully. Palace Pedigree reminds me of BB Egglplant — a fav of mine. Not sure I’m going to keep this — it is unopened so I can return guilt free. I just didn’t have much time to swatch fully and decide.
I really like Smoky Heir. Liquid liner gives me a darker/harsher liner look then I usually go for but this color was too wonderful to pass up. I’m determined to make it work.
I was ready to get all three quads but passed on Palace Pedigreed – Russian Blue is a bit similar to Nehru and the other three shades seem dupable. 🙂

I can’t wait to see you do a FOTD with your haul! I bought the PP quad, utterly game blush, mauvement and lithe pigment, and TABS lipgloss. I mean Docile lipglass… my bad!
I think the quads and eyeliners are such a pretty must have! Everything else is nice but I don’t know if I would purchase. Love this collection though!

I really love the purple and blue liners.
I picked up the Leopard Luxe Quad-loved that one the most! I also got the Aristo-Cat Lipstick-I’m a sucker for lavender lipsticks and Pet Me blush.
this line includes all the kinds of colors I LOVE! I just think soft colors are so pretty and easy to wear LOVE the promotion pictures! makes me wanna try and copy them lol
Oh wow, Marked for Glamour and Powerful look gorgeous~ I’m tempted to go back and pick those up.
Will have to pick up the superslick liners from the palace pedigree collection. They’re absolutely gorgeous! Nocturnal would look bangin’ for the holiday season.

There seems to be multiple items through all the collections that are really speaking to me. I must say that these colors are better swatched then in the containers.
They seem to really come to life on the skin, yah?

I went to a Nordstrom counter and spent more than I imagined…oh well 🙂 I was interested in the black (just cos I wear eyeliner every day and it’s usuallly black) and the gold (since I figureded it would look amazing over black shadow for a little switch with a smokey eye), but the awesome MAC artist totally got me to buy 4 of them. He did this cool thing where he laid down the purple one and then on top of that the gold one, and it looked great. Crazy, but great. I kind of want all of them now…and I love how they just flake off when you remove them. I really love anything that just comes off easily nowadays. 🙂
I also picked up 2 of the quads, 2 blushes and 5 lippies. It’s been a while since I’ve done a major MAC haul so I can’ t be *too* upset about spending that money…
I really thought I would be more excited about this collection but now that it’s here I’m not really sure I’m on board. However, I loved your swatch of Drive Me Wild and am planning on picking that up.
That’s a great lipstick. Do you have a shimmery gold gloss? It looks really pretty with a thin layer of it on top.

Yes, I admit it. I was at the mall the moment the department store opened this morning. Picked up all three eyeshadow quads and the Spree Lipglass and have been playing all day. I know some have commented that some of the shadows in the quads have had poor color payoff, but fortunately for me and my uber-pale, neutral skintone, with a little shadow primer, they all show up just fine. My cat , Missy, DEFINITELY approves of this collection!

What do you think of Spree lipgloss?
Spree is amazing! It seems to go so well with whatever I might be wearing. My lips are quite pigmented naturally so it’s one of those “your lips but better, not too cool or warm toned” kind of shades for me. I’ll be getting so much use out of this!

I don’t wear liner on my eyelids (only the waterline) because I have funky lids (One is a monolid and one is normal, don’t want to call attention to it! :o) but I may have to try to make a presentable look with these superslick liners. The colours are gorgeous! Especially love the light silver one.

Have you ever tried MAC Liquidlast along the waterline? I have a friend who swears by the stuff.
On the Hunt is freakishly pigmented, though it might me too harsh on my skin tone. Plus, I always have a problem with liquid liners transferring. 🙁
These do a pretty good job going on and staying on. You could always try diluting the liner first, too (rub the tip against the rim of the opening of the product or against your hand to remove the excess so it goes on less opaque).
I love the liquid eyeliners (esp. the gold), and I love the fact that my gray cat (well a twin) is featured in the promo ads!

Ooh, don’t be afraid of sliver liner! You could do a thick black cat line, and then layer the silver thinly along the upper lash line. It sounds odd but looks really pretty and opens up the eyes.

I got Burmese Beauty and Leopard Luxe as well as Pet Me and Utterly Game. Ill wait on the liners because Iread somewhere that they will be perm.
I used the BB quad today and layered it over the Benefit Creaseless Eyeshadow in Strut, and id have to say it is pure <3 !!!

If the liners are going to be permanent then I’m okay with skipping them this go-around. I’m broke and don’t get paid till Tuesday. Something tells me the ones I want are already sold out. This is great news if it’s true.
Oh my gosh, I love all the liners so much! Smoky Heir is my top priority, but man, those are gorgeous.

Wow I think I may changed my mind and get one. Those eye liners look so good, but I heard they may be permanent so I can wait. I hope to get a lot of the glosses and lipsticks.
Have you gotten a chance to try Docile and Lap of Luxury on? Are they not too pale or dark on tan skin?

I only picked up Marked for Glamour and Signature Blue and so far I am obsessed with them. Signature is the best Navy liquid liner I’ve come across. It’s more like a sapphire blue. Just gorgeous. I’m thinking about getting a few backups in both because I love them that much. I also really love the Russian Blue shadow but I don’t care for the rest of the quad so I’m still thinking about it.
As much as I tried resisting, I went to Nordstrom on my lunch break and bought Superslicks in Desires & Devices, Smoky Heir, and Signature Blue. My hubby thinks I was attracted to the line only because I love cats… which is, of course, RIDICULOUS[ly accurate]!! >.>

I just got back from the MAC counter in The Bay, with the intention of going there to get Aristo-cat lipstick, but when it was actually on it didn’t suit me (made my lips look purple)… oh, well. Smoky Heir, the Palace Pedigreed quad, and a Dare to Wear lipglass in Gimme That! came home with me instead. Really liked the liners and hopefully they’ll still have some left when I can afford to go back, if they’re not permanent. I’m looking forward to Venomous Villains though!

I picked up the purple and gold eyeliners.And drive me wild lipstick very pretty coral gold on me.Think I’ll take your advice to Kim and place the gold liner on top of black liner near the lash line.The lady at the Mac store kept saying the gold liner would be great for the holidays but I want to wear it now!

Love Marked for Glamour liner. it’s blue without being like the woman from the drew carey show. lol that’s always how i tend to look with even the smallest smidge of blue on my eyes
