Finery Coral Lips – My Favorite of the Bunch!

I tried the Plum lips last night! I liked them a lot too. Not crazy ’bout the Tan, tho!
Tan was my least fave. It’s just kind of… dull. Then again, I’m not a huge ultra nude lip fan anyway. I find I only wear nude lips with smokey looks.

Am wondering if you did pat foundation or any lip eraser over your lips before applying the lipsticks?
I’ve pretty pigmented lips & I have trouble deciding which I should go for… the Coral or Plum set!
Do you reckon the Plum set will be over the top, pretty dark for pigmented lips like mine?
Any advice? TIA! 🙂

LOL! Thanks glosslizard. BTW, they plum lip sets are up right now! It’s a fantastic set, and well worth it for the darker toned lipstick and the fab Lipglass Contessa!

I didn’t use foundation or a lip eraser. (Too lazy, plus foundation tends to dry my lips out – BOO). You will LOVE the Plum set! There is am amazing dark color on their, as well as the lip glass, that I can see working really well on highly pigmented lips. Lemme know which one you end up picking 🙂 Don’t you love but hate Holiday sets? So many great choices!

You’ll love the coral (I wore it today…weee!). For these pics I really laid on the color for the Plum. If you like it then get it! You can always take it down a notch or two by doing a lip stain. Do you think you might get any other MAC holiday sets? There’s so much good stuff to choose from this year. 🙂

Oooh I wasn’t tempted by these till I saw your post! I wanted Tan for some lovely nudes, but you have sold me on Coral…does anyone like the Tan set? I can’t wait for the Curioustease sets either after seeing your pics!
