Don’t worry. These new Milani Lip Flashes ($7 each) have totally got you covered. No really, they do. These chubby gloss pencils pack pigment and shimmer like WHOA!
If you 
golden full coverage glosses, these might be right up your alley. They come in eight shades; I tried the one actually called Lip Flash. It’s an unscented, unflavored shimmery bronze with a thick, sticky texture that really clings to lips, helping it last about four hours on mine.
Hark, what’s that I see up there in the corner? LOL! I have no idea what I’m looking at in this picture…
Lip Flash isn’t bad as far as moisture, either, but since my lips tend to get dry easily, I think I’ll use a base layer of lip balm with these.
Make sure you have a pencil sharpener handy because they do require sharpening, and because the tip is soft, I keep mine in the fridge to let it harden.

I like this one so far. Tarte has one that’s also excellent. It’s twist up so you don’t need to sharpen it.

I have one of these in a purpley color and I love it. It’s perfect for going out at night with a great pop of long lasting color on my lips. Not too drying but a little bit of clear balm (Jack Black Intense Therapy Lip Balm in Lemon & Chamomile is my all time favorite forever and ever Amen, hallelujah) over the top sets me up for and all nighter.
I’ll have to try that lip balm!

I’ve read great things about the lip flash pencils but I’ve yet to get one. I don’t tend to wear a lot of lip product so I try to not go crazy since I know I’ll barely be using it. I may have to though, all these good words and next thing I know I’ll go pick one up when I’m wandering around the store.
It happens! I go into the drugstore for pens and next thing I know my basket if full of random beauty products.

Go get ’em! I’ve been back to hitting the treadmill hard too. I’m so used to doing it before bed that when I run in the AM or afternoon on the weekends, I’m beat for the rest of the day. I guess that works out because I’m definitely not a morning person anyway. 🙂 Have you found any new, motivating music? I have the hot pink and red one – and WOW! They are fun 🙂 For those who are worried about the “pencil” aspect, they are like a lip gloss on a stick – not like a lip liner pencil. I love mine. The hot pink color is the best hot pink I’ve ever worn. The only downside I’ve found is that they are a little too POW to wear at work. I’ve got to blot and tone down the disco ball aspect but the color really is gorgeous 🙂

i got one of htose for a friend in the UK and id have to admit, i almost grabbed one for myself!
You should try one! They have a lot of pigment, last a while and are soooo cheap.
