This week the follicle fiends at Redken sent me some preview products from Body Full, their new hair care line to cleanse, condition and style baby fine hair.
But since my mane lives more at the unruly/thickeningly out-of-freaking-control end of the hair spectrum, these four lovely ladies will need to find a new home.

The prize
One beautiful babe will win four items from the Redken Body Full line (a $59 value) — created for ladies (and gents) seeking touchably soft hair with added volume.
- Body Full Shampoo ($13): A gently cleansing shampoo to simultaneously detangle and rinse away product buildup while plumping every strand
- Body Full Light Conditioner ($14): A lightweight moisturizing conditioner
- Body Full Instant Bodifier ($16): A liquid-to-foam, body-enhancing mousse to protect baby fine hair from heat damage
- Body Full Volume Amplifier ($16): A thickening spray for added volume and texture
How to enter…

Lancome’s Deluxe Brush Set and Fashion Case Is Like Little Purple Kisses
Yes, it’s pricey with short little handles (I prefer ’em long), and the giant plastic gems on the clutch look *hella* cheesy, but DAGNABBIT if these brush heads aren’t softer than a baby’s kiss.
Lancome’s Deluxe Brush Set ($60), one of two Lancome limited edition brush sets for the holidays, makes me wanna shoop!

Deluxe comes with five basic eye and face brushes, complete with a matching clutch. The brushes apply and blend like dreams — good dreams. 🙂 My favorite, the powder brush, feels more luxurious than cashmere against my skin. I’d wear it like a sweater if I could.

Tarte Crown Jewels Lipgloss Multi-Gift Set: A Royal Bargain!
Oh, destiny, art thou doomed to repeat thy makeup mistakes?
Every year I stock up on makeup sets under false pretenses, intending to give them away as gifts, but year after year I end up keeping one (or two or three!) for myself.
Never again… Yes, I’ve found a cure!

With 15 glosses spread out among three different sub-sets, there’s more than enough makeup here to satisfy my inner makeup monster (if only for a moment).

Do You Ever Layer Your Scents?
I’ve been into mixing fragrances lately. Today I’m wearing Clean Original layered on top of Clean Simply Soap (both from the Clean Coffret Set, $65).

BTW, to make a yummy salad: chop pears and avocado; toss into a bowl of butter lettuce torn into bite-sized pieces. Squeeze a lime, sprinkle sea salt and pepper, drizzle olive oil on top and toss.
